In a quiet location near Vinuela and the coast this beautiful holiday home Casa VIVAndalusia is located. Several (roof) terraces with views of the mountains and Lake Vinuela. Private pool with shower, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI (High speed internet). Located about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport and about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet at the villa and the beach with boulevard. On the huge terrace there is a swimming pool (7m20 x 4m20 x (1m10-1m80)) with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the peace and the breath-taking views. The views are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace. There is also a barbecue. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set. The property is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate with a parking space for several cars.Three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Half open kitchen with all amenities. Smart TV in the living room, with fireplace and air conditioning. WIFI.The spacious living room has a large 5-person L sofa and a relax chair, a fireplace and air conditioning. The dining table is also in the living room. From the living room there is access to the veranda through large sliding glass doors. From the semi-open kitchen there is a view to the living room through a semi-arch. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils and plenty of cupboard space. Three bedrooms with double beds and ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and electric heating panels.Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a beautiful view of the pool, mountains and the lake! And direct access to the veranda through the sliding door. The required linen is present in each room (sheets, (beach) towels). A baby cot and a high chair can be placed on request. Bathroom 1 with bath and shower and bidet is en-suite to bedroom 1 Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. The washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator are in a separate room. Various terraces with plenty of lounge chairs and sunbeds for guests. Views of both the lake and the mountains. Veranda with lounge set. Outdoor shower, Barbecue. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Special wishes: let us know and we will do our best to arrange it. Restaurants and supermarket 5 minutes away. Golf facilities 30 minutes away. Swimming paradise 20 minutes away. Beach 25 minutes. Ideal holiday home for a family or for romantic or rest seeking couples, who want to enjoy their private swimming pool with beautiful views. Due to its location in a quiet community, any noise pollution should be kept to a minimum. Een zomerse winterbeleving.

Luxe ruime Villa, voorzien van alle gemakken. Prettige leefomgeving, fijne buren. Mooie wandelomgeving, zowel rond het meer, als langs de mooie olijfplantages. De plaatselijke supermarkt, is voorzien van verse producten, uit de streek Los Romanes.
