The shared courtyard provides ample outdoor space for guests to relax around the outdoor setting and enjoy a barbeque. The townhouse is located to convenient access to the local attractions, including the beach and harbour. There is also a first floor balcony accessible from the second bedroom with a cafe setting for enjoying your morning coffee.
Had 3 bedroom apartment opposite Newcastle beach - great location very spacious - good size kitchen and lounge room - 2 bedrooms upstairs have great views of Newcastle beach only about 50 metres away . Can sleep up to 6 people front door 🚪 needs to be fixed very hard to open - unit needs to be fumigated had small cockroaches - over our 2 day stay . One of the cushions the spring is Brocken very uncomfortable to sit on - but over all very nice place - would recommend

Great location, could have been in better state of repairs
An excellent location and well appointed but there were several issues with cleanliness and state of repairs. The pool is awesome and the owner is very friendly. Some of the issues included the main door which required a heavy shove with the shoulder to open, something the owner warned me of but really should have been sorted, for a small or, an elderly person, or someone who'd undergone shoulder surgery for eg, would have found it almost impossible to manage. Take an eye patch as the 2 main bedrooms are very glary, having said that they are in a stunning location. The back room with the bunk beds is the darkest but not much airflow therefore quite stuffy in the warmer weather, we had guests but they ended up sleeping downstairs on the lounges, but the blind on the downstairs sliding window was broken and didn't cover the window so once again very glary. It would be good to get a short orientation to the unit and the complex as there were things it would have been convenient t to know at the beginning of the stay rather than well into it. In general, it could have been cleaner.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review.
We are in the process of addressing the maintenance issues that you refer to. Unfortunately the front fire door is the responsibility of the strata corporation, so it's a slow process to get that fixed. We are also reviewing quotes to replace the blinds down stairs. I will raise the issue of better blinds for upstairs with the property owners.
Also we are preparing an information guide to assist guests to take full advantage of the property.

Awesome
This apartment is a great place to stay for a family or large group. It is a perfect location. Park the car and walk everywhere!
The apartment is well looked after and the gentlemen who manage it are very friendly and could not do enough for us.
I would definitely recommend staying here! We will certainly back!!
