Affordable luxury at Kawaha Point. Lovely, generously appointed two level, 4 bedroom home in a stunning setting - the perfect lake edge family holiday location.

The house sleeps up to 12 comfortably so is ideal for two or three families wanting to share a holiday experience and costs. It is also ideal for family reunions, team building weekends, responsible sports groups and business get-togethers. No large, noisy gatherings exceeding 15 people. Please keep noise down after 10 pm in consideration of neighbours.

The property features an open plan design with two lounges and access to three separate deck areas. I like to meet guests on arrival and make sure they are settled and comfortable. Then I leave them to enjoy the property. I live 25 minutes away at Lake Tarawera but I am easily contactable and available if needed for assistance.

Five adults, one toddler and a baby stayed in the house for a week. The two lounge areas allowed for we grandparents to escape for some quiet time. The great kitchen that overlooked the lake made cooking dinner a delight. We appreciated the BBQ and...More

there were three of us, stopping in rotorua for a couple of nights on a slow drive from auckland to wellington. the willows more than accommodated our needs. the house itself is huge and would be the perfect spot for a family or even families....More

All prices are inclusive of NZ Goods & Services Tax. A premium rate (minimum booking 7 nights for up to 12 guests) applies from the week before Christmas to the First week of February. Shorter bookings between these bookings or longer bookings will be accepted subject to negotiation. Though there is a 2 night minimum stay, I will take 1 night bookings from Sunday to Thursday outside of public or school holiday periods. A 3 night minimum booking applies for holiday weekends and a 4 night minimum booking applies at Easter.

Arriving from the north: follow the signs to Rotorua. Turn left at the traffic lights for Kawaha Point Road, the first major intersection after the tourist enterprises of Skyline Skyrides and Rainbow Springs. Follow Kawaha Point Road to its intersection with Koutu Road and turn left at the shops. Take the first turn on the right (where the road becomes Kawaha Point Road again) and the property is the first driveway on the right after the Pah Road sign. The address is 163 Kawaha Point Road.

Arriving from the south: follow Old Taupo Road and Fairy Springs Road, turn right at the traffic lights intersection with Kawaha Point Road then follow the same directions above.
