Large 3 bedroom apartment with spacious living area and entertainers balcony overlooking the Melbourne City Casino and Southbank. This beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The large main bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 singles and the third bedroom has bunks with a double bed on the bottom, single on the top and also a single daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and a supermarket/bottle shop a couple of minutes walk away for extra supplies. The bathroom has a bath as well as shower and laundry space with washing machine and dryer. Large flat screen tv, dvd player, board games and toys supplied for entertainment. Baby equipment also available at low-cost hire fees. This complex has a 25 metre pool, tennis court, gym area and BBQ area just one floor up. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Just over the road you have all the wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars along Southbank and the casino complex. The Melbourne Exhibition Building is right there and Melbourne's main train station - Southern Cross station is just a few minutes walk complete with a Discount Factory Outlet shopping centre located above. The South Melbourne market and South Melbourne shopping centre is also just a couple of blocks away. The tram line passes by the building with trams to take you into the centre of the CBD or to the beach areas of Port Melbourne and St Kilda. Any stays of 7 days or more are just $295 per night for up to 6 guests. 5 nights are $345 per night and 6 nights are $325 per night. (Fri/Sat nights $375) .

Fantastic home away from home
This was such a lovely home away from home. We stayed with our parents and two wee boys aged 1 and 2.5. It was well laid out and very well equipped thank you. Good location. Although it is a bit noisy being right next to the trams, we got used to this after the first night and it wasn’t a big issue. Julie was also great at communicating and very helpful.

Lovely apartment, convenient location.
Light and bright, spacious family apartment, close to the CBD. We had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our family of seven. Only a short walk to the South Melbourne markets which have awesome food.

Perfect spot, better than a hotel
We flew in from London for a family wedding. we had booked 3 rooms at a hotel but I am so glad I found this online and changed the booking. 3 bedrooms (1 double/ 1 double with overhead single bunk/1 twin) really spacious living area with terrace,fantastically equipped kitchen and bathroom (complimentary toiletries, nice towels). This gave us flexibility to do own breakfast and the odd lunch. The apartment is really nicely decorated. Key arrived in the post in the UK well in time. The booking process worked perfectly. Julie - many thanks it was just like clockwork. Location is brilliant - short walk to city centre, even nearer for south bank restaurants, local market.

Perfect area
Thank you Julie for the constant communication with my family since Feb,13.until the date of our visit to Melbourne.You have made all arrangements for us making our stay,memorable.The unit we stayed was very clean and very spacious.The Market and the grocery stores were walking distance.We picked up all our souvenirs in the neighborhood.The location was so perfect.We will surely recommend to our friends and family. Spacious, well appointed, in a top location
We stayed with parents and our two kids, 2 and 6 months. At no stage did we feel cramped for space in this large and airy apartment. It offers pleasant views of some of the Melbourne skyline from the lounge and balcony. The apartment is at the front of the building so there's no feeling of being squashed in the high rises; however a negative that results from its location is being 50m away from a tram stop - if you're a light sleeper you will hear the teams through the night despite the double glazing on the bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition, and decorations give a great homey feeling. Some of the small touches that set this apart from other apartments we've stayed in include plenty of kids entertainment - games, DVDs, toys - additional linen, well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, crockery & cutlery) and large storage areas. If we were going to flag potential issues for future renters: single bathroom and no separate toilet, tram noise for light sleepers, could be very hot in summer with a single air con unit and large windows. In summary this place we highly recommend acknowledging possible limitations for some people. Julie was very helpful & proactive confirming our booking as well as setting up the place for our kids, the CBD is a pleasant 10min walk away - or catch the tram outside your front door - Docklands stadium no further, and it has most things you could want for.
