Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with comfy Queen size bed with side table, lamps, power outlets by the bed, full length wardrobe and huge windows for great sunrises! Ensuite bathroom (modern shower with strong water pressure, toilet, basin and organic toiletries). Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen size bed with side table, lamps, power outlets by the bed, and huge windows with views of garden. LIVING ROOM: Located mid-level with comfy sofas and bright huge windows, perfect for enjoying Netflix on the large flat screen TV, relaxing after a day studying, working or taking in the sights. BALCONY: Outdoor wrap around terrace, perfect for families with children! Also a rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing with a glass of wine. STUDY / WORK ROOM: Third level of the apt just beside the rooftop terrace. Includes work desk, chair, lamp, plenty of outlets, a bookshelf and of course the lovely view from the rooftop. BATHROOM: This apartment has 2 full bathrooms including, 1 bath is ensuite in the master bedroom with only a shower and the other bath is mid level with tub and shower with strong water pressure, toilet, basin and organic toiletries. Laundry facilities are located in a separate area of the house with front loading washing machine and clothes airer/rack. KITCHEN: Modern space, excellent for home cook meals, fully stocked with spices and cooking condiments and appliances (electric oven/stove, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, microwave, fridge and dish washer. There is also a wooden table and chairs with seating for 4 in the kitchen. PARKING: Private on-site garage that you can access from the apartment. Please note, that only a small to medium car can fit. For bigger vehicles, there may be free street parking available nearby but we can't guarantee this. Guest access Guests get exclusive access to the whole apartment including the outdoor terrace.
