Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest. The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay. Please refer to my calendar for availability. If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.

Good location and easy to get around but the apartment could do with a spring clean. Otherwise it is perfect.

The location was great! Right across from the Southern Cross Train Station; trams both directions and several different "lines" were within a 2 block walk; buses were close. We used all three types of transportation. Many, many attractions were within walking distance, many taking the...More

About the neighbourhood
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Lonsdale & Spencer St opposite the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof. Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Etihad Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
Getting around
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated opposite the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport. Access to the Overland rail service to Adelaide, and NSW TrainLink XPT services to Sydney. Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations. Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy! There is also a tram stop just outside on Spencer St.
