Guests will have exclusive access to The Marina Club, a world-class collection of amenities and private spaces. These luxurious facilities will cater for business and relaxation, commencing with the planned opulent lobby lounge, library, private business center and meeting rooms on the ground floor. The mezzanine level is planned to include a cinema, lounge and billiard room along with an impressive kitchen and dining area, with further livability on level seven, where the rooftop pool (accessed from the hotel), gymnasium and expansive deck will be an extension to residents’ individual living spaces. It has a king bedroom with ensuite, lots of robe space, a double sofa bed, a large 50” Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, free Netflix, laundry facilities and a very well-equipped kitchen with Miele oven and cooktop and a Fischer & Pykel dishwasher; as well as a huge pantry. The view is stunning; especially at sunset. From your spacious balcony, you overlook the swimming pool and spa directly below. (The sauna and the plush, well-equipped gym is right next to the pool. Looking outwards you can be mesmerized by the slowly turning Southern Star wheel directly opposite, and the colourful light show it displays from dusk onwards. Make sure you have a ride on this magnificent engineering and sight-seeing marvel. The pool area on level 7 has a view of its own; towards the beautiful Bolte Bridge (especially at night) and the harbor and marina areas. You couldn’t find a more modern complex in a more state of the art harbour-side area anywhere in Melbourne. The CBD is only a walk through a magnificent harbor and marina area, or a quick tram ride away. You can sample the delights of both from Docklands Delight. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
