The water pressure is strong and the hot water plentiful (many older properties in Melbourne have a hot water tank which can run out, however, our hot water is very reliable). Laundry facilities also available on site. KITCHEN: Excellent for home cook meals, fully stocked with spices and cooking condiments and appliances (electric oven/stove, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, microwave, fridge and dish washer.
