The apartment itself is perfectly situated in Crows Nest. Close to everything including the train station (or about 50 mins easy walk to the city if you wanted).
However, the apartment has a few issues:
1. The hot water is erratic at best. To use the shower you have to runt he hot water at its lowest level in the kitchen, turn the shower up to its highest heat setting then slowly bring it down in 30 second intervals. Do it wrong and all hot water disappears, its freezing and you have to start again.
2. The kitchen is tiny. You have to keep moving the waste bin around to use an appliance and there is a kitchen table with 4 chairs which are just in the way (it would be better with just two.
3. The air conditioning unit is in the bedroom so isn't very effective for the living rooms which gets a lot of sun.
4. The outside balcony is nice enough but it overlooks where a lot of stuff gets dumped as rubbish so gets a little pungent on a...
