About the neighbourhood
The Cottage features, modern kitchen and bath, covered decks with mountain, forest, and ocean views in every direction. Secluded and private, yet only minutes to beaches, shopping, and world class surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, sun-bathing, hiking, biking, and sightseeing. Organic fruit orchard with citrus, avocado, mango, papaya, and banana. Orchids and flowering trees abound. This is Hawaii and the North Shore as its best.
Getting around
You could take the bus for $2 - $5 (depending on the time of the day) it stops directly at Foodland and you could walk up the hill to the cottage. Oahu does also have Uber and if you need I can give you a phone number for a the guy I use occasionally. But rental car or Turo might make it easier to enjoy all of what the island has to offer.
