This new modern villa has the most spectacular view across the mountain and valley to Dubrovnik's yacht marina. Well appointed rooms offer luxury, space, privacy and peace and quiet.

The accommodation offered is spacious, with a modern an open plan lounge and dining area seating 6 . Comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a DVD player are available. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom and WC.

A fully fitted kitchen, with separate area for the laundry, opens onto the dining area that in turn opens onto the large terrace with pool, with alfresco dinning options under the pergola.

There are also 2 beautiful large bedrooms both with locally handmade beds, quality mattresses and bed linen, They both have en suite bathrooms with large walk in showers.
All the rooms in the villa are air conditioned with sea and mountain views....

Interaction with guests
Where possible we do like to meet and greet guests in person and welcome you by showing you around the property and explaining the facilities. If you are arriving late, we will inform you as to where you can collect a key and then our property manager will visit you, at your conveniece the following day.

We have a welcome brochure with places of recommendation to visit, restaurants with directions etc and our property manager is usually on hand to help with bookings and general enquiries about the area.

We have just returned from two weeks at Villa Lule with Boz Holidays and we couldn't fault it. Bosnia & Herzegovina and Croatia were fantastic and both offered different experiences. The villa was of high quality and the team at Boz holidays insured anything we required was catered for. It was a great holiday and we will be going again!

This was our third visit to Ivanica and our second to Villa Lule. Yet again, this presents complete relaxation in a beautiful villa with sublime sunsets. We spent most of our days in Bosnia or Montenegro where there's loads to do and see and the prices are, by U.K. Standards, low. As ever, at all points through the holiday process...

About the neighbourhood
We are situated just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik's Old Town and coastline, nestled a short distance away, in the mountain which spreads into Bosnia and Herzegovina, giving you the best of both Countries. Yet just a 20 min drive from the airport and you can be relaxing by the pool.
Before booking please select the 'Contact the Owner' option so I can explain further.

There is so much to offer in the area with plenty of beaches all along this beautiful, unspoiled coastline with many offering snorkeling, diving, wind surfing and canoeing and excursions to many of the Islands that the coast line boasts. The 13th century walled, market town of Trebinje, in Bosnia, has so much to offer and explore.
Getting around
We are just a short ride from the airport and from Dubrovnik's main ferry and bus terminals.
There is no public transport near us and so you will require a car, though driving is easy as the main roads are few. The main road runs along the coast, so making visiting different beaches is convenient.
The best way to visit Dubrovnik's Old Town or the local islands, is by taking a ferry boat from the harbour in Srebreno.
For those that don't mind heights, you can drive across from our mountain to the the one opposite and take the Panoramic Cable Car down to the Old City-both are an amazing way to arrive at any time of the day.
We have provided a brochure with details of recommended places to visit, along with directions and where to park etc.

Ferry: Drubrovnik Gruz Ferry Terminal: 10.0 km
Dubrovnik's International airport is located 14 km / 20 mins drive from us.
Due to our location on the mountain, car rental is ESSENTIAL.
We do have a car that we are able to rent with the property, so do please enquire when you contact us and we can provide you with availability and a quote.
There is plenty of car parking available.
Car hire can also be easily booked from the airport or from dealers in Dubrovnik town.

From the UK, Dubrovnik airport is currently served by British Airways and Croatian Airlines - all year round.

Other carriers include Easy Jet, Monarch, Norwegian, Flybe and other low cost carriers.
