Safe, peaceful and quiet!
I booked this house for my parents to stay in April 2023. They had nothing but positive things to say about it. It's a nice quiet community that they felt very safe in. They are looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Nicholas and Natalie!

Simply amazing accommodation
My flight got delayed by a day. I contacted the owner and he made a stressful situation easy by giving me back that day. Natalie and her husband went above and beyond to help me whilst at this accommodation.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely be back very soon.

Excellent service, location and amenities.
Natalie was the best host, she went way above and beyond the call of a host. Great location and clean, well appointed house. Will rent again.

A Secure home away from home
The home is situated in a quite gated community and offers all the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable.
Our family truly enjoyed our stay here and the kids had a blast as there is a grassy area that they could play and have fun.
Will definitely be returning here in the future.

Great house
Definitely enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood very safe security was thorough and friendly. My visiting family and friends really enjoyed the house as well. Would definitely recommend this rental. And the location to a lot of great eating locations was also an added bonus.

Very pleasant stay
I wish I could have stayed longer. Great location! Conveniently located close to the airport, mall and highway. The house was clean and the property manager Natalie was pleasant to work with. No complaints, I would definitely recommend this property.

Great home away from home
My friends and I stayed at the Millennium Park Trincity vacation home for carnival 2017. It was not close to the carnival events but hiring a driver to take us around was an easy fix. This gated community is very quiet and we felt really safe returning home in the evening after the carnival fetes. Millennium Park was truly a home away from home. It came with a well equipped kitchen that could handle any meal preparation, AC throughout to battle the hot Caribbean days and spacious living quarters with Cable TV and high-speed internet. It was our preference to clean up after ourselves (there is extra linen and towels and a washer and dryer) so there was no maid service during our 10 day stay. If you don't mind walking, (be careful navigating the roundabout) you can easily walk to the nearby Super Pharm or Trincity Mall to buy groceries or visit the much talked about KFC.
The rental process was easy and Nicholas the owner did a wonderful job of communicating with me. Though Nicholas was not on Island, his property manager Natalie and her husband were exceptional. She made sure that I knew how everything in the home worked and most impressive she made lots of ice for us since the ice maker was broken. She and her husband are great people and made us feel welcomed from the moment we met.
We had a great stay at this vacation home and would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.
