On the ground floor one - en suite - bedroom and a living room with a couch(wide and comfortable to sleep the 10th person), a kitchen and a dinning space in open area, provides direct access to the pool, as well as to the barbeque. On the 2nd floor, a big veranda facing the pool and the sea surrounds the other 3 bedrooms(one en suite with double bed,one with double bed and one with a double bed plus an extra single sofa bed for a kid or a teenager). All rooms are furnitured in a minimal and district way,ready though,to comfort you and please all your needs and desires. All rooms have closets. Parking is available and the villa's entrance is accessed by a private foot path(30 meters long from the parking). Your car can even reach the main door and this can help you with moving your luggages easier and efforess. People with disabilities can easily go the distance between the parking and the main entrance of the villa(a ramp is available) Pls also note, that the villa has an energy efficiency certificate and belongs to energy category B.
