A brand new apartment within the family house complex with own private entrance. It contains a very large double sized bedroom, two king size beds adequately furnished linking to open plan modest and comfortable lounge diner for four guests. Well appointed kitchen with hot water mixer tap, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle crockery etc. Bathroom fitted with electric shower, sanitary ware and washing machine. Safety is of paramount importance so CCTV, gated entrance and well enclosed ground. Free parking space available but garage use if required may incur a small charge. Maid service available if required (2 hours daily for £12 inclusive). No pets, no smoking inside the apartment and no parties other than social visits. Vacoas is a pleasant town with easy access to other part of the island. There is a vibrant market on Tuesday's and Friday's plus an array of shops, restaurants and street food court all within walking distant to visit and enjoy. Taxi stand within a stone throw from the apartment . We are able to arrange transfer from SSR Airport to the apartment and returned to SSR Airport at £23 each way. We are also able to provide a four door economy automatic car at the rate of £20 per day if required.
