House Rental

Just 500 meters from the beach lies this delicious house on a large beautiful and secluded plot with own forest. The house is built in the charming and classic Nordic cottage style with large and bright rooms, wonderful materials and clean architectural lines. The house is black and white. It is open to the ridge in every room, so you have a nice airy feeling when walking indoors. It is possible to charge an electrical car in the driveway. The house is completely restored with respect for the old and cozy style. A new stylish kitchen with dishwasher and new refrigerator / freezer and induction hotplates. The kitchen acts as a natural part of the large living room in the house, so the family can be together and enjoy themselves while you cook. The kitchen acts as a natural part of the large living room in the house, so the family can be together and enjoy themselves while you cook. There is a large delicious newly built wooden terrace of 125m2 around the house where you can enjoy the sun from early morning till sunset. The decor in the main house is good and spacious with great kitchen / dining area, 3 bedrooms, as well as a newly renovated annex. Annex: The annex is completely renovated and freshly isolated and furnished with a nice little kitchenette with warm and cold water, so you can make a cup of tea and coffee, brushing teeth and so on. There is also a nice new outdoor bath with warm and cold water. The annex contains a double bed and a double sofa bed, coffee table and two lovely director's chairs. The main house includes a stylish bathroom with heated flooring and a new large luxury shower with large shower head. If you want to bathe outside, so you can enjoy the great delicious outdoor bath which sits on the north side of the house. The outdoor bath is located private and secluded and has both hot and cold water. 'Also in the evening where you can enjoy the clear starry sky while you get a hot bath. It can really be recommended. The house contains a living room, dining area for 10, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with brand new double beds. There has been purchased 10 new duvets cand 10 new pillows that are ready in the house. There are also sheets + linen and towels etc. NOTE: We recommend that you bring your own bed linen and towels if possible. We find that it can be difficult for guests to wash and dry all their bedding in the morning on the day of departure if it is about 8-10 bedding sets and towels. And this can create problems and additional costs. The house is to be left in a clean condition. This is done by the tenant before departure. The tenant can also buy cleaning of the entire house, however, fridge, oven and grill has to be cleaned by the tenant. It is not included in the cleaning. It costs 165 Euro in additional payment. If you want cleanliness must be reported at time of booking or subsequently. We will make a request for the agreed amount through Airbnb. We calculate the electricity consumption in the house. 6.75 Eur per 10 KwH. When the tenant arrives at the house, they take a picture of the electricity meter and send to the landlord through airbnb and the same they do on departure. Then, the tenant requests the amount of usage through Airbnb when the stay is completed. Water is free. We have a weber gas grill on the terrace. Note it must be lit with matches. The starter does not work. Everything in the house is available. We have a small closet locked for private things. Otherwise everything is open. We live in Frederiksberg and can assist with practical matters and information if needed.

Nice cottage, but lacks cleaning.

Nice cottage, located on a small garden. The house is nicely decorated, close from the sea and you will enjoy the very quiet place. Unfortunately, the owner is not really interested in your experience, and mostly only care about the house, thus you will discover that the cleaning conditions are very poor. In fact, you will only have the state of what the previous people made. 1. You will have to spend some time finding the right sheets to prepare all the beds you will need. 2. Careful with the cleaning, we have found bin with remaining garbage in the shed, a washing machine full of mold - absolutely disgusting - and a shower with a pipe blocked by a tuft of hair - not ours of course. 3. I also would not recommend 12 people to sleep here, the best would be 6, as others will have to sleep on couch or mattress on the floor, and they won't have curtain on the windows. 4. Finally, we were charged 100 Euros for cleaning, but we still had to do it ourselves regarding the owner's "conditions" (washing the sheets, cleaning the kitchen etc.). For this price you can definitely find better deals, with a proper cleaning upon arrival.

Along the coast there are child-friendly beaches and towns with interesting sights and experiences. For example, the historic Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, which is one of Scandinavia's most beautiful Renaissance castles. The castle is mainly known from Shakespeare's play Hamlet. About Udsholt Strand Udsholt is located right in between the two famous cities Tisvildeleje and Gilleleje. A stunning waterside location. There are delicious beaches, great natural grounds and lovely forests. Less than 5 minutes from the house is a beautiful area right on the water with free-roaming animal
