Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirkt nicht verbraucht. Die Lage ist ideal für Exkursionen ins Umland. Der Preis ist gut.

Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind die Nordsee, Legoland(ca. 1 Autostunde) und das Wikingerdorf( auch zu Fuß erreichbar9
