Originally built over 200 year ago, and used as a barn until 2000, this award winning environmentally-friendly, 4 star stone cottage, retains many original features plus the comforts of modern living. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The accommodation includes modern kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, single downstairs bedroom (no facilities), double en suite bedroom (upstairs) and twin en suite bedroom (upstairs). There are lovely views over the Linacre Valley, Walks from the Door, Large Garden with Patio, Offroad Parking and an excellent pub/restaurant across the road. The cottage is lovely. It has 2 upstairs bedrooms which are both ensuite. They are very well furnished and the bathrooms are clean and modern. There is a single bedroom downstairs just off the lounge. This is a decent size and is also well kitted...More

DOWNSTAIRS comprises a comfortable lounge with settee, easy chairs, coffee tables and TV and DVD. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate dining room seating 6 with a door onto the patio. There is a single bedroom. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM. UPSTAIRS there is a double ensuite bedroom and a twin ensuite bedroom,The cottage retains some interesting original beams and a stone buttress.
