This spacious 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. It is located on the border of La Mata and Torrevieja in a small gated community overlooking the communal swimming pool with children's pool and garden area with road side parking.

There are two commercial centres within a 5 minute walk away offering a selection of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and pubs with bus routes to Torrevieja and La Mata and a choice of supermarkets just a 10 minute walk away.

Relax around the pool or the local beaches. There is also an Aqua Park nearby (only open in high season) for families who want to make a day of it.

The master bedroom has an en suite, king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a built in safe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with mobile heaters. There is plenty of underbed storage and wardrobe space. The lounge/dining room has satellite TV with ceiling fans leading onto a West facing sun terrace with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the sun going down. It has a separate well equipped kitchen and family bathroom. All bedding and towels are supplied including beach towels.
