This luxury 2-bedroom raised Ground Floor Apartment (212) is set in a small, intimate Beachside complex of only 35-apartments & has uninterrupted Sea and Beach views. On the Paseo - we provide Bikes. From the Master Bedroom, you can lie in bed and hear and smell the Sea and even at night, with our newly installed Mosquito blinds, you can enjoy that experience alone!
The views from the Terrace are quite unique. It is as though you are in touching distance of the Pool, Beach and the Sea. The Master Bedroom (and the Lounge/Dining Area) lead on to the lovely terrace which has Kettal sun-beds, a table and chairs for outdoor eating and a covered area. Fantastic Apartment 322.
My wife and i have just enjoyed a great stay at Heaven Beach.
The apartment is superb. It is equipped with all you need.
It is also fitted with all hi-tec needs and has a small gym and sauna.
The owner, Maya, is very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.
The area is unspoilt and quieter than many of its neighbouring areas.
We will miss the beach and sea and hope one day we can return.
Thank you so much for everything Maya.

A great place to stay !
Amazing apartment, with an ideal situation : close to the main road and though so quite.
The equipment are just great : a heated pool, sauna, gym, direct access to the beach... Everything to make your vacations a success.
Last but not least, the hosts are charming and make you feel home.
We highly recommend and will definitely go back if we are in the area.

Five star all the way
Have just returned from a wonderful week at this gorgeous apartment. Beautifully furnished and with all the amenities you need for a really relaxing stay. The heated swimming pool was very welcome as we had such wonderful weather (apart from the first night - which poured with rain - but this is apparently a pretty rare occurrence). The grounds of the apartment are very well cared for with abundant planting and look extremely pretty. The complex is also very secure and safe with security staff on site. There is also underground parking if you need it. Linda - who looks after the property - was extremely helpful - and came out to meet us late in the evening after a terrible journey from England (london was fogged in and flight cancelled), so a big thank you to her. Maya's (the owners) attention to detail is second to none and she certainly has an eye for interior design. Everything had been well considered - even down to the quality of the cutlery. All in all a really fantastic apartment - we will always be comparing anything else we rent to this one! We definitely plan to return next year.

Better than we ever expected
We stayed at the Heaven Beach Apartments very late in the season in early September for 5 days. Everything about the complex is of the highest quality and the apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful. We felt like we had struck gold when we first arrived having had various experiences at other hotels/ apartments in Spain. The gardens are very well kept and from the pool is not more than a one minute walk to the beach where you will find a charming little beach bar with sunbeds ( where the food is exceptional, I would recommend the octopus.) As we stayed slightly later is was quite quiet on the beach but having spoken to the bar staff, during the busy seasons there is much more going on, from live music to foam parties on the beach. However we loved the quiet as it was so idyllic, and was perfect for nursing our hangovers!
The Apartments are a 20 Euro taxi from Puerto Banus where the night life seems to always be buzzing until the early hours of the morning, and about the same distance into Estepona which is a charming little town which boasts many sea front restaurants with excellent food. The location of the apartments makes them absolutely perfect if you are looking for the best of both worlds. We were also able to walk into one of the local villages where we wandered round the little shops and sat and had coffee in a delightful little coffee shop (2 lattes, 2 cappuccinos and a sharing plate of calamari for 11 Euros!)
We booked our taxi from the airport through the owner of the apartments – who subsequently picked us up whenever we gave him a quick ring and also showed us around the surrounding area on arrival at no extra cost to explain the area which was incredibly useful. This along with the 24 Hour security makes you feel incredible comfortable.
I would highly recommend these apartments as we couldn't have been happier with them as the all round experience ran so smoothly and we never wanted to leave! The pictures don’t do the apartments justice - we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Luxury Apartment
Just arrived back from a 10 night stay in these apartments. These were the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere. The grounds and gardens are well kept with 24 hour security and the heated pool was wonderful, especially as the weather was not good for the first few days. We had the pool to ourselves during the first few days but then quite a few families arrived with children and they stayed in the pool all day so we took ourselves off to the Beach Club to the left of the apartments (not Heaven Beach) which was great and the food excellent.
The apartments have central heating/air conditioning and all bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails which are not charged for extra.
The huge bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and all the bedding and towels were of excellent quality.
Our only problem is that the A7 is a very busy road and apart from the local beach bar you had to drive to the bars and restaurants.

Fantastic!!!
I have just spent a brilliant Easter week at the Heaven Beach Apartments with my wife and 7 year old daughter. We can not recommend these apartments enough. They are certainly 5 star and then some! So good that their is nothing we would add, They are extremely clean well equipped and spacious. The wonderfully heated pool and the beach are just steps away. We had a hire car, Puerto Banus, Marbella and the lovely village of Benhavis (that I would strongly recommend a visit too) are right on the door step. We have stayed in lots of luxury apartments and hotels over the years and we have found a real gem here. You will not be disappointed!! We are looking forward to coming back later in the year and certainly next year. Thank you!

Just home from 6 nights in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment at this wonderful complex.
Maya, the owner, saved our holiday as we had a disastrous experience with our initial accommodation and thankfully she was able to fix us up with somehere to stay. And we absolutely landed on our feet with Heaven Beach. The apartments are really luxurious with everything you need at hand. Heating and
Air-conditioning, Sky tv, jacuzzi bath, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and much more.....the beds are to die for!! The lovely Linda will greet you on your arrival and show you how everything works. A really lovely lady too. The complex itself is very clean and tidy and situated right on the beach. Despite the awful weather the comfort of our accomodation more than made up for it. Heaven beach is a very quiet area and you would really need a car to get around. There are a load of lovely restaurants in the vicinity to choose from
although if you like to eat in the kitchen is very well kitted out. We will absolutely return on future holidays

Incredibly luxurious yet familiar feel

beautiful apartments - great furnishings and great location - already booked again!
We had a lovely holiday in these apartments. They were lovely and clean and the furnishings modern with excellent taste. Sun loungers and tables and chairs on a large terrace with access onto the pool area. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and were of a good size with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and of good quality with a washing machine and seperate tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The meet and greet service was friendly, quick and efficient with Linda showing us how everything worked. There is everything you need in the apartment including a computer which the kids loved to use. The pool was heated and therefore the kids were playing even in April and a good size if you like to swim lengths like myself.
If you want to sit on the beach there is an excellent beach bar with sunbeds open during the day and into the evening with some of the best food you can get on any beach in Marbella. You have direct access through the gate onto the beach. Do try their Paella!!
You will probably need a car, but there is underground parking at the development and there are shops and some really great restaurants only a few minutes away. Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes or Marbella 15 minutes. I would highly recommend these apartments.

About the neighbourhood
You are central to everything. You can walk to a well-stocked local shop in about 6 minutes and a little further in Cancelada you can choose from Mercadona, Super Sol or Lidl; on the entrance to Estepona is a massive Carrefour and on the Ground Floor of El Corte Ingles as you enter Puerto Banus is Hipercor - where you will find the most incredible food choices. Late at night, till 1am 365 days a year, is Open Cor. Along the lovely Sandy Beach, both to the West and the East of Heaven, you can walk to many fabulous Beach Bars and Restaurants…. Barraka Beach Bar, Tikitano, El Saladina, Pepe's; Sonora to name but a few…. All easily to walk to - and easy to get a taxi back from - as many serve great Sangria!
Getting around
There are far too many restaurants to list catering for all palates, budgets and diets - & plenty of Take-Away and Delivery options. The area is famed for its golf courses, with over 60 to choose from … San Roque, Sotogrande, Valderama and locally Los Flamingos, Villa Padierna, El Paraiso, Atalya & Montemayor. For Tennis or Paddel, there is Bel Air Tennis Club with great coaches - court and racquet hire and Villa Padierna Paddel & Tennis Club - both within 5 mins. There are lots of diversions for Children (of all ages - even adult ones!) - including play centres, Karting; Water Sports and Adventure parks; Dolphin spotting trips…. The list is endless and we are very happy to point you in the right direction or make reservations for you.

How to get there
We are an easy 45 minute journey from Gibraltar or Malaga airports. Served by direct flights from many international business centres and a wide range of quality and low cost airlines, who offer fares to suit all budgets. We can pre-arrange airport transfers by Limousine, Cab, Mini-Bus or even an airport delivered Hire Car (with or without a driver for the first trip back to the Apartment). We are literally on the Beach, about 500 metres from the Main A7 Coastal Road at 164.5km (in Spain, the exits have very helpful kilometer markers). So, we are far enough away to hear only the Sea - and NOT the Road! There are lots of Beach Restaurants & Bars on the Beach, which are easily walkable (certainly there - and maybe a taxi back!) but most of the "commercial " eateries are around the Main Road. So, for some, 500 metres is merely a jaunt. For others it is a car ride away! Hiring a car is very reasonable in Spain (and we have reliable suppliers) and we are also blessed with really reliable local cab drivers - headed by Jose and his family - so, shopping trips, restaurants, day trips, are all easy with or without a hire car.
