This cozy 1-bedroom condo is ideal for two people, offering a relaxed and private atmosphere. The bedroom features a queen bed and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The bathroom includes a shower and a large vanity, perfect for organizing your personal products. The common area is open concept, where the kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated into one air-conditioned space with large wall-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the street and the ocean. The spacious and versatile dining table also functions as a desk or workspace. In addition, you have Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Self Check-in and Check-out. For monthly stays, weekly cleaning service with change of sheets and towels is included. Although we do not have service personnel in the building, we are always available digitally for any questions or assistance through the app or WA. Ideal for short or long stays, this space will allow you to fully enjoy the best of Puerto Vallarta. If you have any concerns or questions about these rules, please do not hesitate to let us know, we will gladly clarify any point. Guests, parties, visits, or meetings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the unit owner's rule, so you should consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply. Additional people: If you plan to bring additional people, consult us in advance, as this generates an extra cost per guest, we provide an extra mattress and linen kit. Remember that Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you may find construction near the property, restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if this is the case. The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of the air conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico, electricity is very expensive, so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population cannot afford. By following these instructions, it is almost certain that you will not have any extra charges. In the condominium you have a safe, it will be delivered to you in open mode and that way you must leave it when you leave, if you leave it locked it will generate a charge of $100 USD. The internet service that we contracted is from the largest Mexican companies “IZZI Telecom”, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have already adjusted the prices of the accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not admitting any type of claim for failures in the service. Getting around

The Romantic Zone is the place of our location. To move within the area is very easy because everything is close to reach just by walking. To go to more distant points from the area, is most usual to take a public bus or taxi; and now UBER has arrived in the city, so that is a great option. The public bus terminal is at approx. seven blocks from the condo. Almost in every corner there is a taxi spot, and we have one just across the Street. The Pier to get taxi boats, tour or fishing boats is at one block distance. The public bus stop for routes routes to further villages like Sayulita, Bucerias and La Cruz is at about 9 blocks distance. The Malecon and the iconic Church of Guadalupe are 15 min. walk distance, Airport 30 min. by car.
