Pierrepoint offers farm stay / bed and breakfast style accommodation in 2 delightful north facing rooms which overlook an extensive garden and the Chardonnay block of a 15 acre vineyard. Whilst the rooms are attached to the main house, a quaint Edwardian homestead, they are each very private with direct access to the car park, individual ensuites, motel style kitchen facilities, televisions and access to free wifi. Both have Queen size beds with optional stretcher beds and cots available on request. Both rooms are $120 each. In a very quiet location, with a garden & vineyard available for strolling through & exploring, Pierrepoint B & B is part of a 100 acre sheep property with a delightful, majestic lake, an ideal place for a picnic. We had a very enjoyable weekend in the Pinot Suite. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Everything was provided! Beautiful location, with the added bonus of being able to bring our little dog with us. Jennifer was a wonderful host, would definitely stay...More

8 km south east of Hamilton, Pierrepoint Rd is parallel to the Hamilton Hwy. Pierrepoint B & B is only 4 km from Tarrington, just off Thompsons Rd. Named as Hochirch by its German founders in 1853, this small town changed its name to Tarrington in 1916 due to world events at the time, Tarrington has maintained a strong and proud German heritage. History is kept alive with events such as the Laternfest held in October each year and celebrations such as the re-enactment of the wagon trek from South Australia in the 1800's.
