The property is fully Air Conditioned throughout. On A Metered system. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Hob, Oven, Washing Machine, Microwave and all the necessary cups, plates for 4 persons.

Interaction with guests
Upon your arrival you will be met by an English speaking representative who will show you into the property and will explain how everything works. They will also ensure you have all the necessary information about the area and emergency contact numbers. Air Conditioning is via a meter system. So upon Arrival the Representative will give you the opportunity to purchase further Air Con Vouchers. €10 per week is your allocation, for further usage you must purchase vouchers.
Baby Equipment Hire and Welcome Packs are available upon application.

The Apartment location is quiet and family friendly. Very close to Dos Mares and only 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Santiago De La Ribera beach is closeby not to mention the restaurants.

The nearest beach is approximately 20 minutes walk, however in the height of the season, this can be a bit of a trek. So a car is advisable especially with young children, but not essential.
