At the rear of the cottage is a peaceful study with french doors opening on the private garden. This is the perfect environment for reading or an afternoon nap. Comfortable beds are the priority in our two bedrooms. The master with ensuite shower room with kingsize bed has plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious property but sour taste left in our mouths
The property was lovely and spacious and we had a very comfortable stay however be aware the deposit is almost impossible to get back. The study with sofa bed is advertised but we were not told until afterwards it is for their own use only. We paid extra to take our 2 small dogs which we were happy to do and they slept in cages in the porch and stayed in the living and kitchen area only yet we were accused of leaving dog hairs in the bedrooms which can only have come from our clothes. We were also not told of the expectation that all beds would be stripped and bins emptied by us prior to departure which we subsequently found out was an expectation and additional cleaning on top of the service charge was then taken out of our deposit. In terms of location, the cottage is up a steep hill from the town, which in itself is quite tired now, so ensure you take this into account when booking.

Well-equipped cottage in peaceful location
The cottage was comfortable and spacious for four people. Very peaceful location, with a beautiful shared garden just across the path as well as a small outdoor area within the grounds of the cottage itself. Would definitely visit again.
