Welcome to Lily Suite at Sir Charles House. This well-maintained building houses three suites, one of which is "Lily." The house painted a bright tropical green is easily accessed with the Lily Suite boasting a cool, well-appointed, comfy, cozy feel. The "at home" touch is very much in evidence.
Situated in the small residential community of South Palmetto Point, you'll find you are not far from removed from anything. Seaside Beach where I grew up is only a 5-7 minute walk away and the beautiful Atlantic Beach a short 5 minute drive away.
The suite is housed in a building that comprises three suites and is immaculately kept. Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bath and the unit is also complete with a full kitchen and living and dining space. It also comes complete with a 42...

Really great relaxing stay
Our stay was really nice under the circumstances of visiting for a family funeral as this was a last minute booking.The other favorite place was booked for our Days.Howeverr this location rental was also in a great location whi h also had everything we needed also was clean ,well stocked. The owner also checked on us to make sure we OK but was no bother,the whole time we we there.

Un angolo di paradiso
Siamo da poco ritornati da questo angolo di paradiso nell'isola di Eleuthera.La casa è situata a South Palmetto Point ,a metà isola in una posizione comoda per poter visitare sia il nord che il sud.I servizi come supermercati ,benzinaio e spiagge sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti.La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima,dal primo contatto si è dimostrata attenta a qualsiasi nostra esigenza.Spontaneamente ci ha chiesto se per il giorno del nostro arrivo volevamo trovare la spesa fatta e,due giorni prima della nostra partenza ci ha telefonato per salutarci ed augurarci buon viaggio.La casa è stata costruita nel 2012,è molto bella ,pulita,ben arredata e mantenuta con tutto e di più di quello che serve.Non manca assolutamente niente,c'è anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice,un cellulare nuovo con sim carica per eventuali emergenze, telefono fisso,poltroncine ,ombrellone e teli da spiaggia.Che dire?noi ci siamo rilassati in questo angolo di paradiso dove a farci compagnia c'erano i rumori della natura.Una casa che consigliamo.

About the neighbourhood
Situated centrally on the 110 mile island, the capital settlement of historic Governor's Harbor is only 5 miles away from the apartment and the surrounding area of Palmetto Point and Governor's Harbour boasts fine dining, a small library, a plant preserve park, an organic farm with fresh fruits, green herbs and vegetables, a high pitched Methodist Church, a pizzeria basically across the street and the opportunity to even see school children brightly uniformed going to or returning from school. Small mom and pop grocery stores are nearby and the property is approximately a 20-minute drive from the closest Airport, Governor's Harbor. Seaside Beach where I grew up, is an approximate 5-7 minute walk away.
Getting around
A vehicle is recommended if you plan to visit the other towns in Eleuthera or travel to some of the beaches (I am happy to quote you with an accommodation/vehicle combo package). Some bicycles and scooters are available on a small scale, golf carts are not. There are a couple of beaches within a 7-10 minute walking distance and two restaurants are also a few minutes’ walk away. Nearest small grocery stores are approximately a 7-10 minute, walk away as well.

How to get there
Travel South from Governor’s Harbour Airport on Queen’s Highway for 13 miles through the Governor’s Harbor Town and into Palmetto Point. Turn Right at the crossroad from Queen’s Highway onto Seaview Drive. Travel for about 300 yards past Mate & Jenny’s Pizzeria on the right and make the first left. Sir Charles Guest House is on your right as you make the left - painted two shades of lime green. From North Eleuthera Airport, you travel south about 50 miles on the Queens Highway to Palmetto Point. From Rock Sound Airport, Travel North for approximately 23 miles through the settlements of Tarpum Bay and Savannah Sound. After Savannah Sound, you enter Palmetto Point. At the crossroad, turn left onto Seaview Drive. You are almost there!
