Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 6 adults and we stayed for 2 weeks. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Individual adjustable air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning in main living/kitchen area but it did get a bit warm during the day. Loved having the private beach right in front of us. A bit of a climb but only took about 2 minutes to walk up the hill. Pool was great especially after a day at the beach. The manager, Tenielle, was quick to answer any questions we had. Driving on Eleuthera is an experience in itself but we loved the adventure. Tippy's is a about a 10 minute drive away and we loved the food. We took a full day excursion with Uncle Rob Adventures and we would highly recommend him. Would stay at Dream house in a heart beat and it surpassed all our expectations.

We honestly couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We snorkeled right in our own back yard many days. The house does sit high on the hill (which is why the view is so spectacular) so be aware that it is a pretty steep walk to and from the beach. We loved every second of our stay and hope to one day return! Many thanks to Tennielle for the great communication and hospitality!

Awesome house manager, Tennell, was always available to address any questions or issues. She even kindly offered to take our family photos. Warning: it is a steep hike down to the beach. We are hikers and didn't mind it but those who are not might find it challenging.

The walk down to the beach looked harder than it was and the walk up was definitely worth it because the beach for absolutely the beach beach around!!! We seen maybe 5 people on our beach in the whole week we stayed. The coral on our beach was so pretty. We ate out twice a day and our favorite places to eat were Daddy Joes, 1648, Tippys. Tips if it’s raining and your own the beach don’t leave just wait it out it’s worth it!! The only think I wish this house had was more towels!! I washed them daily to have a fresh towels each day. The lady that took care of the house was so sweet and made sure we were good during our stay! I would suggest if you get this house you have a high clearance vehicle. We had a Jeep and it was perfect. The holes in the road definitely got worse the more it rained which was daily but once again the drive was worth it to get to this house!! Make sure you put bug spray on daily morning and evenings even if you don’t want to. I got bug bites up and down my legs and they itch. One last thing book at boat tour with Uncle Robs Great Adventures best boat operator in the island. His knowledge as a local is unmatched! He does pick up on the north end of the island but it’s so worth the drive!!! Also when you need a covid test go to the Governors Harbor library. Those ladies are so nice and speedy!!

Pam at Eleuthera Vacation Rentals was very helpful throughout the process. We want to sincerely thank the property owners for their patience and flexibility during COVID. Tenielle was a gracious host and extremely responsive. We had a couple very minor issues upon check in and she resolved everything quickly. The lasagna was delicious and so welcome for dinner the first night after travel, and for a second meal too. <br/>The house is so beautiful with to die for views. We had everything we needed-paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, hand soap, shampoo & body wash in all bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen had every pot, pan, bowl, utensil you will need. <br/>Tippy&#x2019;s and La Bougainvillea restaurants are both very close by. <br/>The road to the house from Banks Road is a dirt road and a little bumpy but that adds to the authenticity, charm and privacy. The walk down to the beach is steep and could be challenging for those with mobility issues but was absolutely fine for us, we welcomed the exercise. The beach is very private, we saw 8 people walk by during our entire stay. <br/>We would, without a doubt, recommend this property and will be back again!!

Great property! Immaculately clean with well tended gardens and a night-one lasagna waiting for us! Had a great time snorkeling and fishing right off the beach as well as exploring other areas of the island. Governor’s Harbour is just the right mix of charm and size…..not too big, but has everything you need. Definitely one of the premier properties we’ve stayed at in the islands.
