Where do I start? The stunning views from each bedroom and the living room? The very responsive owners, property manager or housekeeper? How about the A/C unit in the living room being so cold we kept having to turn it off and just use the fans? Or maybe watching the manta rays from the balcony or feeding the resident turtle from the balcony at night. Having stayed at Serenity Cove in July 2021, we were looking for another Caribbean island to stay on in 2022 (an island we hadn’t been to before). We searched Grand Caymans, Turks and Caicos, St. Martin, and a couple of others. We wanted to be right on the water and, of course, not pay an arm and a leg for the rental. After hours and hours of research, it came back to Serenity Cove. You would be hard pressed to find a better location (right at the ocean’s edge) and you can’t beat the price! This year, my wife’s sister came for the first week and declared, along with my wife, that Serenity Cove will be an annual vacation!

Serenity Cove was absolutely wonderful! The central location made it easy for us to explore the island from end to end. Nell’s welcome letter and packet was very helpful. We rented our car through Arthur. He was very helpful, as well. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this property twice and have had equally fantastic experiences on both occasions. It is perfectly located in close proximity to all essentials and is a perfect base for exploring both the north and south ends of the island. It is clean, well furnished and has every detail accounted for. My family absolutely loves this rental and we will no doubt be returning again next year. Each visit has brought magical experiences - swimming with turtles, watching rays and sharks, and interacting with crabs, fish, starfish and more - right from the safety of your own sheltered area. I can’t say enough about how perfect this rental is and how much we have enjoyed spending our time there!

From the moment we opened the front door we felt as if we were in a dream! The property was perfect, it is a split living so two bedrooms with two bathrooms each bedroom had its own private bath. I was worried about the kitchen being to small for 4 adults, it was perfect. The home was very clean and bug free. The kitchen cabinets could have been a bit more organized. But that’s just me! It has a huge deck literally over the water with lights that light up the water at night. Our evening highlights were Myrtl the turtle coming out to greet us. A few times she was short of putting on a show for us! Our last three nights we did not see her and I have to say I hated to leave without saying goodbye. Bring bug spray because I was bitten from head to toe! I was the only one, later I realized I stayed up and read in bead with the light on….I was attracting them and they bit me while I slept. Once I closed up the house at night I had no problem. The beach was beautiful, be shire to get on the kayaks and paddle around both sides of the bay. Absolutely beautiful. We brought a paddle board that we only used once, it was quite windy while we were there. We did some snorkeling but didn’t see a lot. One afternoon there was a nurse shark and a few stingrays. This property was in a great location to our grocery and dinners and church. It is also centralized we were able to find other beaches to try out. There was never a time that we didn’t have something to do. We highly recommend Serenity cove and we look forward to our next trip back to Eleuthera! We have stayed in a few different places in Eleuthera but this was the best! Watching my the fish from the deck was so much fun! The house was perfect!

This space was absolutely perfect for 2 adults. Rent a car, get some groceries, and don't leave the house for 5 days, other than to kayak to the beach. We saw the amazing resident sea turtle, some rays and a nurse shark all from the balcony.

My husband and I spent 8 days over Thanksgiving at Serenity Cove. This was our second trip to the island but our first time doing a rental. Nell and Rock’s property did not disappoint! Nell was easy to get in touch with & provided all the info needed ahead of time. Arthur met us @ the airport w/the keys & our rental car that we arranged w/ him. It’s easy to get to yet secluded/private at the same time. The home is exactly as depicted in the pictures/narrative and all the other reviews are spot on. You will not need for anything…there’s a fully equipped kitchen, more towels/ linens than you’ll know what to do with (this was very helpful to us because it was damp/ rainy a few days & we couldn’t get anything to dry outside), lots of items to equip you for a day at the beach, great internet and most importantly lots of spaces to just hang and relax with the scenery & marine life! We brought our own frozen meats and basic items to prepare meals- this was super helpful as many food items are expensive on the island. We used the grill to cook out as well. Island Farms is close by and has an amazing selection of produce and homemade bread on Tuesday’s and Fridays- they even have a gluten free option! You can get the blue water jug there and there’s a selection of alcohol as well. Check the house before buying water- there may be some there. There’s grocery store in Gov’s Harbor but also a nice one just a few miles from the house to the south. It was windy most of our trip so the water was a bit rough but still beautiful! We did manage to see the sea turtles, nurse sharks, another small shark, starfish, sting ray and many needle fish…all from the porch! I walked over to Ten Beach at low tide a couple of days and simply camped out in the water for hours. An adult can fairly easily get into the water right from the house- it might be a little more challenging for young kids- but there are a couple of ways to get to Ten Bay beach either by walking on a close by path accessible from the road/drive in the neighborhood or entering from the main road. The location of Serenity Cove makes it easy to hit many beaches and other spots both to the north and south. We had someone drive us to Lighthouse Beach to see it before Disney starts developing-it’s not a drive you can do in a rental car. WOW!! This place is amazing!! Really do hate to say how nice ! Would love to keep to myself but to special that would not be right! Our first morning....3 eagle rays circled around, turtle left his Little Rock where we realized he slept every night, a shark, a puffer fish, snappers, starfish and way more.. basically if you never get in water and watch from porch, looking into aquarium. Swimming great in cove in front and able to swim most days. Kayak to ten bay and all around. Central location able to explore beaches to the north and south. Overall just a super special place...the name says it all...SERENITY COVE!!

This was our third trip to Eleuthera but our first time to stay at this property. It was the best by far. From ease of working with owners to the cleanliness and beauty of the setting - it was simply amazing. And it was very well stocked. We had everything we needed. Be sure to read thoroughly through the information about what to pack and what to expect. We will be back!

The property was extremely well maintained and had everything we needed during our stay. The location on the water made for amazing snorkeling and beach experiences and the central proximity of the property to both northern and southern sights was perfect. I can’t wait to return and this will be our go-to rental. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation experience.
