We provide cereal, yogurt, home baked bread, fresh free range eggs, milk and juice for your breakfast as well as tea and ground coffee, if you have any special dietary requirements just let us know. There is also 15 acres of woodland and fields for you to enjoy, including a stream that runs through the land, and plenty of places to explore or sit and relax. Ideal for two people, however we can provide a travel cot for a baby and there is a sofa bed for a small child. Well behaved dogs are welcome (£5 charge per stay payable at the property). It is situated above the lovely village of Addingham, with four pubs and a Co-op store – just 5 minute drive or 30 min walk away (45 min back). An ideal spot for those who want a break from their busy lives, the Weavers Workshop offers a tranquil retreat in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. You are likely to spot pleanty of wildlife, inculding roe deer, barn owls, kestrel and if you are lucky badgers, foxes and polecats are also regular visitors but a little more elusive. If you like an active break then this is also ideal for you to explore the area on the many footpaths or cycle routes locally of just up the road in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You could say we are ‘off the beaten track’, however we actually are down a beaten track! The Weavers Workshop is accessible in any car but care should be taken as approach down the track. Similarly, care needs to be taken walking up the steps to the entrance as these are all made from original stone that has worn slightly over the past few hundred years. There is a plug in charge point for electric cars (at nominal charge).

Beautifully appointed retreat with great breakfasts and 360 degree stunning views.
The weavers barn was exactly that, where the weaver lived and worked. Now beautifully kitted out with comfortable amenities, tastefully and creatively put together, and provided with delicious breakfasts (including eggs from thier own chickens) by the kind and attentive hosts. It is only a short drive from Addingham, but very secluded with wonderful panoramic views up to the top of Ilkley Moor and down into the valley below. We spotted little owl 2 evenings and were surrounded by wildflowers and birdsong, thanks in part to our hosts rewilding projects. Perfect for all those who love creation, beauty and peace. Perfect. We have already booked again.

Tranquil piece of heaven!
Wow! What a beautiful place! We had such a peaceful and relaxing time here! Quickly after arriving with our ideas of visiting various places in the area, we changed our mind. We decided to spend all four days on the farm. The bench on the hill has a splendid view and is a lovely place to take a coffee and relax. There are also gorgeous walks to be had on the farm itself and in the surrounding vicinity. We loved seeing the cows through our window one day, mere metres from our front door, as well as the chickens, and Molly & Rosa, Graham & Chris' beautiful friendly dogs. The Workshop itself was stunning! It is unique and rustic, but never at the cost of comfort. The bed is stunning and so comfortable. The bathroom is modern and sleek whilst retaining rustic-chic, and with brilliant hand-embroidered maps of the area. The place feels spacious and bright. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. All pots, pans, cafetiere, egg cups, corkscrews, everything you need. The fridge, as stated in the advert, is small, but plenty big enough for two. The lounge area is comfortable with board games and a large TV (although we didn't watch it, as the viewpoint was far better) The hosts are friendly and have given so much attention to the little details: home-baked cookies and bread on our arrival, a local beer in the fridge, a range of cereals, fresh eggs, milk and juices. These made our stay perfect. I honestly can't fault this place at all. It has a special charm, and we will visit again soon. Many thanks to our hosts.

Couldn't ask for more
Our entire stay at the Weaver's Workshop was fantastic. The cottage is clean and spacious, with everything you need to make breakfast or an evening meal. There is a lovely seated area within the cottage grounds where you can sit, enjoy a drink and admire the stunning countryside view - so relaxing. Graham and Chris are excellent hosts, very quick to respond to messages and happy to help out in any way they can. They supply more than just the breakfast essentials and daily fresh eggs from their own chickens. Their two dogs are beautiful and friendly too! There are numerous walks to do from the cottage door - you don't have to travel far. However, Ilkley and/or Addingham are a 5 minute drive away if supplies or a trip to the pub are needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks Graham and Chris.

Absolutely gorgeous
Spent a lovely 4 days at the Weaver's workshop in the gorgeous Yorkshire countryside. We both felt so welcomed and the extra touches (fresh bread, eggs, brownies etc) were perfect. Graham and Chris were great hosts, very attentive. The accommodation was very clean and tidy and had a mini kitchen. The location is peaceful with rolling hills and moorland, perfect for what we we're looking for! Also great that the stay was dog friendly, lots of local walks right from the doorstep and lovely surrounding villages. Definitely recommend, perfect for couples looking for a quiet getaway.

Perfect Yorkshire country retreat!
We had a perfect weekend staying in the weavers workshop, and couldn't have asked for a better place or more welcoming hosts. The location is incredible tucked away in the yorkshire countryside but was really easy to get to. The workshop has been done incredibly well and had everything we needed and more, the extra touches from the hosts made our stay very special. We couldn't recommend this place enough and can't wait to stay here again.
