The attractive new kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. The brand new bathroom has a large shower, wc and washbasin. There are 2 cosy bedrooms upstairs, a double and a single. With a large sofa bed (160cm) in the living room, the apartment provides comfortable sleeping for up to 4 adults.

I recently stayed in this property in Kinsale and overall I thought it was first class as the duplex is clean, modern and spacious.
It is also right in the centre of Kinsale with nice views of the village and all you need on your doorstep.
I would as recommend Kinsale as an ideal base for touring the lovely County of Cork, i would not hesitate to go back.
Excellent location within walking distance of all attractions. Apartment well kitted out. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted out immediately.

Lovely apartment in great central location.
The location couldn’t be better for access to shops, restaurants and even great walks. There was a cute seventeenth century pub with open fires around the corner.
The apartment was very clean and cosy.

Perfect location for Kinsale
The location is great, free parking 3 minutes away, a lot of Pubs, Cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes. Even the Ghost Tour starts right across the street.
The apartment is spacious and cozy, we felt immediately at home. The apartment is modern furnished and the kitchen is well equipped.
Great location for Kinsale and the surrounding countryside. Margaret, the owner informed us very well and the contact was very friendly.

Excellent Location
I will not drive in Ireland so need a flat that is close to town center. Margaret's townhouse offers a perfect location. It is in town center and only steps to shops and restaurants. There is a wonderful Super Valu just up the street. The flat is very roomy and the kitchen and bath have been recently renovated so very modern. Margaret is very responsive. The hot water pot was not working and she had a replacement delivered immediately even though I could have used the microwave to heat water. I highly recommend Margaret's flat and if I return to Kinsale, I will book it again.

our accommodation was all very nice, Kinsale was lovely, everyone was friendly, bus service was good would recommend this holiday to young and old alike.

Centrally located spacious accommodation
Fantastically located apartment close to local restaurants and pubs. Immaculately clean with a great selection of crockery and cooking equipment.

Apartment in Kinsale
My husband, one year old daughter and I stayed in this apartment for a week in June 2016. It is a lovely, clean and spacious apartment. It is very centrally located with shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It was a great base for our holiday in Cork. Margaret the owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I want to go again.
This lovely apartment is light clean and roomy. I stayed here with my Daughter and Granddaughter for a week and it had everything we needed and the owner could not have been more helpful.
It is close to everything and everyone was friendly and helpful, here i must mention Billy the boat taxi who is the friendliest taxi driver we have ever met give him a go and you will see for yourself.
I am so glad we found this apartment thank you Margaret we had a wonderful holiday.
