The property was clean, quiet, and held all our guests which made for an enjoyable stay.
Positives:
- beautiful views
- very clean
- lots of open space and natural light
- good outdoor space and games
- close to town
- host was very responsive to online messages
Constructive feedback (not negatives):
- kitchen island swivel chairs are very noisy and unstable/ in need of replacing/fixing.
- trampoline needs repair. Had hole so couldn’t use.
- was very warm and no air conditioning - solved by opening windows and doors but then large bugs flew in so had to close and was quite warm for sleeping.
- directions to location were not on the website and gps to host provided location sent all guests to wrong house. Website was updated after mentioned.
Overall was a great place to hold all 13 of us for two nights.

Excellent Rental especially for larger groups
This is an excellent vacation property. Very new and very clean and it appears to be set up specifically for vacationing groups/families. We had 2 American families meeting our Irish family with 12 in total. 3 bedrooms are ensuite and the other bedroom has a large bath across the hall. It's a very spacious home and the views are outstanding over the Bandon River and Valley. Very quiet and peaceful. Getting to Kinsale is easy- 10 minutes and even closer is Ballinspittle just 5 minutes away. It has a gas station and 2 small grocery stores. Beaches are very nearby to and Old Head. It's a terrific location and rental. Also, Ryan O'Leary the manager is very good and very responsive. He would always get back to my questions promptly. We had a great family vacation and this home was perfect.

Perfect for what we wanted
Everything we needed was there, place was clean and warm. Shops are not too far awat if you did need something.
