10 Millstone Mews, Portstewart This sunny, family friendly home is an end terrace 3 storey townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac which is very popular in the summer months with families due to its location. It has front door parking and a fully enclosed south facing rear garden which gets the sun on the patio from early morning until the sun sets. This house is perfect for extended families holidaying together as there is plenty of space over the 3 floors. Ground Floor: cloakroom, lounge, kitchen/dining The ground floor consists of : Downstairs cloakroom with toilet. Lounge with French doors leading to Dining/Kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, family fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and kitchen ware. this is a great area to explore as it's 1 mile walk to the Strand or the town centre. There is a taxi rank in Portstewart so if you decide not to walk home then it's not an issue. There is a local park which children can easily cycle to as well as shops which are a 10 minute walk away. Coleraine town is very easily accessed and is approx a 10 min drive.
