Fancy a holiday cottage set in a picturesque village, overlooking a golf course on the sea, with breathtaking views of rolling hills (cows and sheep included)? Or better yet, imagine yourself swinging open the balcony door, stepping onto your private veranda and breathing in the fresh air of the Sea of Moyle, which is located just a few yards away. As if the stunning scenery isn't enticing enough…then sink into the cosy couches and cuddle up next to the crackling fire, with a pint of Guinness after a brilliant day on the golf course, or following a glorious nature walk courtesy of the nearby Glens of Antrim, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You'll be living the best of both worlds in this luxurious, contemporary town house which just so happens to be located on the stunning North Antrim Coast in the heart of tranquil and quaint, Cushendall. Aside from the spectacular panoramic views of lush pastures and serene seascapes, you'll find that luxury awaits on the inside too. The highest specifications are offered and no detail has been overlooked. Imported furnishings throughout complement the state-of-the art music and television entertainment system. Jam out to your favourite tunes (as they render in every room, all through the three level house) from your iPod, CD, TV or radio. Cook up a storm in the open plan, kitted-out kitchen and living area. Hors d'oeuvre anyone? Pass the champers, now…please! So, sit-back, and sip your favourite wine in front of the plasma TV or after a long, indulgent soak in the spa bath. Plush bathrobes will aid the pampering process, that is, until you decide to call it a night and melt into those luscious Egyptian cotton sheets. Rise and shine, grab a cuppa and the morning newspaper and head out to the ground floor patio area, off the master bedroom. You're literally a stone's throw from the putting green, and although it may be tempting, it's probably best to keep those golf tips to yourself. The property can accommodate five adults and a child, with travel cots available. Other baby-friendly props include safety gates, a high-chair, rainbow cups and utensils, along with toys, games and kiddie DVDs. There are three bedrooms (master bedroom, double bedroom and single bedroom) and two bathrooms (one en-suite with bath and shower and one with spa bath and shower). Welcome pack upon arrival will offer an array of local goodies. Expect a bottle of wine, milk, wheaten bread, fruit and jam and some chocolatey bits! Along with this hamper, you'll receive a warm, friendly greeting from Bridget, your local Guest Manager during your stay. Antrim Abode is the perfect place for romantic getaways, family gatherings, golf excursions, or simply a base for exploring the beautiful local attractions. Amongst the charm of a little village, you'll be near world-renowned tourist spots such as the Giant's Causeway, Old Bushmills Distillery (renowned as the oldest licensed distillery in the world) and The Carrick-A-Reed Rope Bridge. And let's not forget the championship golf courses that include Portstewart and Portrush where the great Rory McIlroy plays.... and, of course, our very own nine-hole course next door in Cushendall! Antrim Abode is within close proximity to hotels, restaurants, shops and bars. Private car parking for two cars is located at the front of the property, for your convenience. If you happen to be travelling with friends or a larger group, please get in touch and we will contact another nearby luxury abode to check for availability. More

About the neighbourhood
The village of Cushendall is nestled in the heart of the Antrim Glens, below the famous Glenariff peak. Cushendall is host to the wonderful Heart of the Glens Festival in August each year, a week-long celebration that attracts visitors from far and wide. A short drive away and guests can visit some of the most stunning scenery imaginable from Torr Head near Cushendun to the historic Giant's Causeway. Keen golfers can play on the course in Cushendall itself, or wander further afield to the championship courses at Portrush or Portstewart.
How to get there
Larne - Cushendall Proceed to Glenarm Road, continue onto Coast Road A2. Pass through Ballygally and Glenarm where you take 2nd exit at roundabout, continue on A2 through Carnlough, Garron Point, proceed on A2 entering Glenariffe where you turn right after the bridge. Continue on this road until you enter Cushendall where you pass the boat club on the right (sea-side). As you pass Cushendall Fire Station on the left, we are located a few hundred yards around the corner on the right hand side, opposite the ivy- covered house and diagonally opposite the old police station. From Ballymena: Approx 18 miles to Cushendall - travel along A43 to Rathkenny, Martinstown & Cargan. Branch onto Ballyeamon Road B14. Continue on this Coast Road until you enter Cushendall where you turn right at the Spar...
