Located 3 miles from the market town of Llandeilo, home to boutique shops, tea rooms, ice-cream parlour and music, food and art festivals throughout the year.

The cottage has its own raised private patio with 2 steps down to a large grass area overlooking a wetland which is a former lake, it is ideal for birdwatchers with Red Kites, Woodpeckers, Heron, Siskins, Redstarts, Cuckoo, Nuthatches, Tree creepers all only feet away from the cottage's patio area where you can relax in the hot tub whilst you watch them with a glass of wine.
