Our guests have access to the indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub which includes a full-body massage lounger, multi-level seating for people with different heights and a swivel lounge seat. Let your cares slip away and forget the hustle and bustle of daily life, whilst admiring the rolling Warwickshire countryside. Access to these facilities is only for our guests staying in the three holiday cottages. Outside you have a private decking area and lawned garden with rattan garden furniture for alfresco dining. Enjoy a walk around our private 4 acre grounds or take a pic-nic out and enjoy the stunning views across Warwickshire. There is a on-site farm shop which sells locally sourced cheese, meat, fruit and vegetables, though for everything else Snitterfield's amenities are nearby, making this a well-served base for people looking to explore the region. With an excellent local pub, called The Snitterfield Arms, within walking distance. Snitterfield boasts two impressive USGA golf courses within 5 minutes of the village. With lots of other activities in the local area including horse riding, tennis, bowling, fishing, gliding and cycling. The Monarchs Way runs across the entrance drive giving walkers and mountain bikes access to some superb countryside. The cottage is ideal for theatre lovers but also to visit the Cotswolds with it's gorgeous little villages, pubs and properties within easy reach. Warwick Castle also has jousting displays throughout the summer holidays. Kenilworth Castle is a beautiful English Heritage site and we have multiple National Trust locations locally too such as; Coughton Court, Charolcote Park, Upton House, Baddesley Clinton, Packwood House, Hanbury Hall and Cannons Ashby. Or for something even more grand try a trip over to Blenheim Palace. We have horse racing at Warwick and Stratford race courses. Polo clubs in the area are Offchurchbury, Dallas Burtson and Onley Grounds. With lots of other activities in the local area including horse riding, tennis, bowling, fishing, gliding and cycling. Snitterfield boasts two impressive USGA golf courses within 5 minutes of the village. The Ingon Manor golf club has a 18-hole par 72 championship course. The Stratford Oaks golf club has been open for 20 years, and is centered around some majestic parkland, created by Howard Swann. There is lots to do with families of all ages including Hatton Country World. With many gastro pubs having play areas you can sit out and enjoy the countryside. The Butterfly Farm is a great all year around destination and Cadburys world is with reach too. More

About the neighbourhood
Stratford-upon-Avon is steeped in history and culture and is set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the River Avon. The birthplace of William Shakespeare, Stratford is a popular tourist destination, featuring the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Company. Experience Olde England by visiting Shakespeare's birthplace and other houses connected to his family. Open all year round, these fascinating buildings boast 16th Century furnishings and beautiful grounds and gardens, allowing you to get a feel for Tudor life. The magnificent River Avon is bordered by landscaped parks and offers an array of activities including cruises, rowing and motorboat rides. Alternatively, visit the local National Trust Properties, before sampling Stratford's excellent restaurants and bars...
How to get there
Stratford is 22 miles (35 km) from the UK's second largest city, Birmingham, and is easily accessible from junction 15 of the M40 motorway. Stratford-upon-Avon railway station has good rail links from Birmingham (Snow Hill station, Moor Street station) and from London, with up to seven direct trains a day from London Marylebone. The town has numerous cycle paths, and is the terminus of the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal where it meets the Avon. A park and ride scheme was launched in 2006. The Stratford Greenway is a 5 miles (8.0 km) traffic free cycle path, which used to be part of the rail network until the early 1960s and is now part of the Sustrans National Cycle Network (routes NCR 5 and NCR 41). Starting from town it heads along the river and racecourse towards Welford-on-Avon ...
