Grange House is a semi-detached barn conversion in the village of Carleton in Craven. It has been owned by our family for many years and has recently been upgraded to include a new kitchen and bathrooms. It has three bedrooms located on the ground floor, including two large double bedrooms, one of which has a newly created ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedded room. An immaculate family bathroom (with walk in shower and bath) and utility room is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large open plan living and dining room, a newly fitted kitchen and a snug TV room which includes a bed settee, which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The house therefore sleeps between 6-8 people. Outside to the rear of the property is a seating area with table & chairs. Parking is also provided to the rear of the property. Grange House makes a great base for enjoying surrounding attractions including the nearby settlements of Skipton & Ilkley, Harrogate and Leeds slightly further afield. Grange House is an ideal base to explore both The Yorkshire Dales National Park and Forest of Bowland AONB. A welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee etc is provided on arrival. More

We are happy to communicate with guests as much as necessary, but otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. As we live next door to Grange House we will either go around to meet you on arrival or if not you will be able to access the key from a key safe

Was a very pleasant stay, very clean and great use of a fully equipped kitchen. Although i couldn’t find a veg peeler.! Lovely lemon cake on arrival. Will stay again at Grange house if In the area.

The property was very pleasant, spacious and clean. There was a beautiful cake waiting for us and a Christmas tree and decorations helped us feel welcome as we stayed over Christmas. There was plenty of parking and hot water. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms...More

Grange house was very clean & comfortable. Ruth was there to welcome us, but otherwise left us to enjoy our break. Carleton itself is a lovely village with good amenities.

Great rental with spacious accommodation for 6 people. Good off road parking. The facilities are excellent with everything provided, We were left a welcoming cake and a bottle of milk, Owner was very helpful .

Grange House makes a great base for enjoying nearby attractions including the nearby settlements of Skipton & Ilkley, Harrogate and Leeds, as well as being an ideal base to explore both The Yorkshire Dales National Park and Forest of Bowland AONB.
