Beautiful secluded waterside property with own beach, docks and infinity pool. Very well appointed with sitting/lounging for 10 or more on the sea and garden sides of the house. Large inside lounge, separate TV room/study, fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Close to the Nonsuch Bay resort and Harmony Hall restaurant (7 minute walk either side)

Idyllic waterside holiday location
I spent a week with my family at Compass Point over Christmas. The property is a very comfortable and spacious home, with amazing views, in an idyllic location just along the coast from the Nonsuch Bay Resort. We found the Pico sailing dinghies pulled up on the little private beach to be very easy to rig and launch (following Poul's helpful guidance) and Nonsuch Bay is a fantastic location for dinghy sailing. Most days during our stay there were steady breezes; there was also just enough company in the form of a few dinghies and other boats from the resort, and we had a couple of opportunities to see turtles, on one occasion very close to the boat. At the other waterside corner of the property is easily accessible snorkeling straight off a slipway, giving the chance to swim amongst the wide variety of fish living around the jetty and in the nearby coral formations.
Poul and Sophia are thoughtful and considerate hosts. We exchanged emails before our arrival, and they organised provisions to be waiting for us on arrival. At Sophia's suggestion, we also asked them to arrange for Zukai and Lorna from the Roadhouse restaurant to come and cook us a meal one evening. The food was delicious and they were also great company (when we got chatting with them after they had stayed discretely out of the way while we ate). A trip to the Roadhouse on a Sunday evening (when Zukai's band performs) is also highly recommended.
We had a great week and would very happily have stayed for twice as long!

This is the second occasion that I have stayed here at Compass Point near the Non Such Bay Resort. The house is beautiful and as I write this review I am looking at the swimming pool, the palm trees and the blue sea as I feel the heat on me. Here my two children and I have gone sailing in the two pico boats, have gone snorkelling by the small private beach. The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fine for purpose and yes, there is warm water throughout the house. Nearby to the house you have Half Moon Bay which is 10 minute drive and put simply one of the most stunning beaches(and fairly quiet ones) you will ever go to. I am really looking forward to booking again when I next come to the Caribbean.
