Beautiful Meillion Cottage
Our family really enjoyed a week over Easter staying at this incredibly well-equipped and comfortable cottage. We had a warm welcome after a long drive: the cottage smelt delicious with home baked bread and Welshcakes and even chocolate rabbits for the teenagers!
Meillion Cottage is a very spacious accommodation and beautifully presented. We all slept really well! The kitchen had everything we needed and essentials thoughtfully stocked in the fridge. We felt the owners have really gone out of their way to make the guests’ stay that bit more special. We’d definitely recommend it to other families who wanted to explore this part of Pembrokeshire.

Really enjoyed our stay at Meillion. Was lovely to sit round the wood fired stove in the evening listening to the birds and weather! Everything that we needed was provided for us and the cottage was exceptionally clean. Would recommend

We had a fabulous stay at the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area. The cottage is well appointed and of a very high standard. The location is great within driving distance of many beautiful beaches and other areas of Pembrokeshire for day trips out. You do have to drive to get to any pubs, shops etc but we knew that before we booked and were happy to make trips out or cook at the cottage and enjoy the lovely sunny garden. We can’t wait to return to explore more of the area. Thank you for a lovely stay

Absolutely beautiful holiday cottage! We've just been fortunate enough to spend a couple of weeks in this cottage and we loved every minute. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had landed on a little gem. There is everything you could ever need, they've thought of everything. As a family of 5 we loved the space and the younger children loved the little den above the bunk beds. The whole cottage is absolutely spotless most definitely the cleanest holiday cottage we've ever stayed in! The owners are lovely and are right on hand should you need them. The area is great, the place itself is just outside a little village which has a shop, butcher and a nice fish and chip shop. You need to not mind driving to explore the area properly, we had some fantastic days out and theres lots to do within a 40min drive at the most. We would not hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended to family and friends.

We loved Meillion Cottage and would definitely return. Very cosy with the log fire and very well equipped. We enjoyed the home-made bread and welsh cakes. We bought two different makes of welsh cakes and I can honestly say they weren't a patch on Moira's. Very well placed to visit some beautiful coastline and saw baby seals and their parents at Marloes peninsular (made our holiday). Quiet spot even though it is on a working farm - we didn't hear a cow at all. Very enjoyable holiday.

Everything about this holiday home is lovely, owner is really helpful. Welcome pack was absolutely delicious home made bread ,welsh cakes, butter and cheese .
Spotlessly clean .
The interior is well designed if you use a wheelchair my husband found it ideal.
We will book again it rained all week but that is not to deter from the property it was one of those things, but it was a nice break.
It would have been perfect for a wheelchair if the outside was tarmac or a firm surface in order that my husband could have gone outside.
We had to bring the ramp of our vehicle to the ramped entrance to the cottage this worked
Otherwise wheelchairs would be stuck in the gravel.
We must comment on the children’s bunk bed room although we don’t have children it was fantastic with a den leading on from the top bunk what fun, would imagine you wouldn’t see your children for the length of your stay.
Overall a beautiful cottage with an interesting history, mustn’t praise to much or there won’t be a vacancy for us next time we want to book lol. Thank you Moira and Rodger for a lovely week.

Meillion Cottage was the perfect home from home. So spacious, yet cosy. A lot of thought has gone into this conversion and the equipping of the cottage. We would love to come back to stay. It's location is good for exploring Pembrokeshire, both North and South. Local amenities are limited but there are several pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance. Really enjoyed our stay here - very restful location. Would highly recommend.
