Located in the hamlet of Woolland in the heart of the beautiful North Dorset countryside, a short drive away from Blandford and within easy reach of Weymouth and the stunning Jurassic Coast. You will be staying in superbly equipped cottages where comfort and relaxation are top priorities. The three tastefully furnished cottages, named after Dorset literary figures, Hardy, Barnes and Blyton, are in a courtyard setting in lovingly restored single storey former farm buildings full of character and charm. Adjacent to the cottages is a heated indoor splash-pool. There is also a large recreation room with libraries for both children and adults and a selection of games and toys, and a therapy room next door, where visiting therapists offer 'pure-pampering' – and no journey home afterwards! Utter bliss! Hardy cottage – sleeps three in two bedrooms (all cottages have single beds), Barnes cottage – sleeps four in two bedrooms, and Blyton Cottage sleeps four to six, in two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite, one of which is a family room with children's bunk-beds. Each cottage also has a cosy living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The shower rooms are 'wet-room' style and there are no steps and only one ramp (in the second bedroom of Blyton Cottage) and everywhere is fully wheelchair accessible. Outside, the landscaped gardens have a seating area for each cottage, sensory planting and raised beds. The views over farmland towards Bulbarrow Hill and Ibberton Hill are just beautiful and you will be tempted to remain there for hours!More

About the neighbourhood
Woolland is in north Dorset, with its picturesque villages, gentle rolling downland, woodlands and nature reserves, crossed by winding lanes, rivers and streams. The beautiful Georgian market town of Blandford, county town of Dorchester and historical towns Shaftesbury and Sherborne are a short drive away.
How to get there
Travelling from the East. At the end of the M3 take the M27 West. Continue to the end of the M27 and the road becomes the A31. Follow the A31, through Ringwood, Ferndown, Wimborne Minster and then turn right onto the A350 through Sturminster Marshall, Spetisbury and Charlton Marshall (there are a series of speed cameras along this section). Turn right at the roundabout onto the Blandford by-pass, sign-posted A350 to Warminster. Travelling anti-clockwise around the by-pass you eventually reach a set of traffic lights, where you turn left onto the A357, sign-posted Sturminster Newton. Drive through Durweston and in approximately 2 and 1/2 miles you will reach Shillingstone. Pass the petrol station and in a few hundred yards turn left into Poplar Hill, signposted Okeford Fitzpaine and Ibber...
