Luxurious ground floor apartment with direct access to the private garden with an exclusive SPA mini-pool (open from June 1st to September 30th).

The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary accessories; offers seating for 11 people.
There are four bedrooms (one with a private bathroom) and a main bathroom. A balcony surrounds the entire perimeter of the house.

Guests can enjoy access to all the shared external areas and to the pool (shared), open from June 1st to September 30th

Beautiful
The flat is huge and you can find any type of comfort: big bedrooms, huge living room, air conditioning, terrace, garden, barbecue, patio; in the condo there is a beautiful area dedicated to kids and a wood to be explored; furnitures are nice, modern and recently purchased. Position is great: on the hills, five minutes away from the beaches, five minutes from a large mall, 15 minutes from Gaeta, not far from the highway. View/Landscape you can see from windows is great. Very quiet. Property managers are great people: they even lent us a spare cell phone when ours got broken and they gave us a pass to park for free; when fridge got a problem, they replaced it in a few minutes. Definitively a place to go for a long vacation

Remember first set directions to reach Scauri, Via Appia n. 309 and after that, Minturno, Via Tore n. 22, otherwise the GPS will take you to other, less direct routes.
