The House - The house includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two air conditioned living areas, two fully equipped kitchens both with dishwasher, two laundries with front loading washer and dryer, two BBQ areas with outdoor settings as well as plenty of driveway parking for your vehicles and trailer boats. UPSTAIRS: The three bedroom unit upstairs offers an air conditioned lounge room with a lounge-suite, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player plus sliding door access to the front balcony with outdoor setting and views across the park. The six piece dining table and chairs are positioned adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which provides guests with an under bench oven, stove-top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample bench space including breakfast bar. The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, mirrored built-in robe and ceiling fan, with the second bedroom also offering a queen size bed, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The three way bathroom comes with a shower, central vanity and separate toilet. Other features include internal laundry facilities with a front loading washer and dryer in a concealed cupboard off the dining room (see floor plan). DOWNSTAIRS: The ground floor two bedroom unit provides guests with a split system air conditioner in the open plan living room, lounge-suite, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, timber and wrought iron dining table and chairs for six guests plus a fully equipped kitchen with island bench, oven, stove-top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The downstairs unit has full access to the front courtyard surrounded by high walls and tropical landscaped gardens and includes a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The main bedroom comes with a queen size bed,  mirrored built-in robe and ceiling fan, with the second bedroom also offering a queen size bed, side table, built-in robe and ceiling fan plus a single bed. The bathroom has a glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features include an internal laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer plus access to the rear yard. The property also provides ample car-parking as well as your trailer boat or jet skis. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Linen packs are provided for this property.
