Giamia Villas, built originally in 1885 by my great great grandfather (Cesidio) for one of his son (Pasquale) who had six sons of his own (Fafaele, Giulio, Costanzo, Modesto, Damiano (my grandfather) and Armando). I was born in a very small part of this house in 1949. As time passed the house fell in disrepair and was abandoned for thirty years. In 2006, returning to Italy after 39 years and seeing it in the condition that it was in I decided to buy it. I had to pay a percentage of the value to 21 different owners. After three years we completed the renovations and have now a premier tourist rental property.

With its rural location away from the hustling and bustling major centres it is a ideal treasure to experience the true Italian cultural with its many unique restaurants, shops and recreational activities. Pricing is 1/3 of that of Rome or Tuscany.
Located only 1 1/2 hour east of Rome and only 45 minutes drive to the Adriatic Sea.

Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale, la struttura è ben tenuta, l'appartamento è molto attrezzato, pulito e decisamente spaziosa. Molto bella la grande terrazza che guarda le montagne e la valle sottostante. Il parcheggio è comodo. Zona tranquilla. Nonostante le giornate molto calde l'appartamento non si riscalda eccessivamente e la sera e la mattina la temperatura è piacevole. Sulmona è molto carina con diverse cose da vedere in città ed è in una posizione logistica ottimale per girare il parco della Maiella e in generale tutti i dintorni.

bella sistemazione: spaziosa, ben arredata, buona posizione da cui raggiungere molte mete montane (parco della Majella), pochi km dal centro di Sulmona gradevole cittadina. pulizia top, arredamento integro e di qualità , terrazza spaziosa, sig. Michael molto garbato e cordiale. prezzo adeguato.
Note negative: mancano tapparelle o scudi agli infissi, al mattino presto fastidiosa la luce, illuminazione appena sufficiente ( nel bagno per esempio, non c'è la luce sullo specchio), poche prese corrente in casa, dotazione cucina minima, mancanza lavatrice, tv minuscolo per le dimensioni della stanza. cmq in generale + che discreto.
