Delightful two-storey farmhouse in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by about 9000 square meters of land with olive trees, vines, fruit trees and a large vegetable garden, just below the imposing Etruscan city of Orvieto. The house was renovated in 2010 and is functional and comfortable with restored furniture from the family collection. The owner's family lives in a separate building on the property; cats, dogs and chickens are also housed in the property. In the valley below Orvieto and about 1.2 km from the house passes the A1 motorway and the Milan-Rome-Naples railway. The house is an ideal base for visiting Umbria, southern Tuscany and Rome, easily reached in an hour by car or public transport. Parking in the closed property.
