The wide front porch welcomes guests as they enter the house. Rosebud is tastefully decorated in a casually elegant coastal style. The open living and dining area overlooks harbour. A unique two storey loyalist cottage known for is bare clapboard siding, Rosebud sits directly across the harbour with great views of Eleuthera and amazing sunsets. With its wide front porch, new swimming pool and lovely garden; it is one of the most photographed homes along the harbour. The 3 bed/3 bath open plan living area boast a modern kitchen, large covered patio and a great outdoor entertaining area. The master king size suite and one queen size guest suite are on the second floor and the other twin bed guest room is on the first. Fully furnished in elegant casual coastal colors. An added bonus – it comes with a generator. There is a fee of $250 for heating the pool.
