The property lies 20 kms northern of Rome, in a quiet location. It is an excelent departing point for those who want to visit Rome and the neighborhoods but would like to stay in the countryside not too far from city. The villa is surrounded by a large garden of around 8750 sqm (completely fenced). At the entrance of the property there is parking place for 5 cars (3 covered) and a small vegetable garden. A path of 15 meters leads you from the parking area to the villa (you will be completely surrounded by lemon plants). On the right side of the path there is a large well maintained lawn with a swing for small children. On the other side of the villa a 16x8 meter pool with trampoline. Very Nice Villa
We enjoyed our 2 weeks holidays. we appreciated the pool. A big thanks to Martina who was always avalaible for us.

Excellent property
The property definitely lived up to expectations for a family reunion and birthday celebration. The facilities were excellent and with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast room. The games room with full sized pool table and juke box (learnt some new Italian classic songs!). The pool area was clean and furnished with numerous chairs and tables to enable all to sit in the sun or shade. A bonus was the lemon trees at the front - perfect for a gin n tonic! The owner had, at our request, arranged a cook for one night for a special occasion which as spectacular the dining room.

Lazio has a rich historic and natural heritage which, together with a mild and sunny climate for most of the year and a tradition of simple and wholesome food, makes it one of the most interesting regions of Italy. In addition to the magnificent city of Rome we advice to visit the nearby lake of Bracciano, renaissance mansions such as Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, Villa d'Este in Tivoli without forgetting the Roman ruins of Villa Adriana. The lake of Bracciano has 3 charming villages, Bracciano with the famous Odescalchi Castle, Anguillara and Trevignano (all can be reached by ferry). On the coast we strongly suggest to visit the ancient city of Ostia and it's immense archaeological area (unique in the world).

There are two bus stops at 150 meters from the property (from/to Rome). With the bus you can go to the train station of Saxa Rubra.
From Saxa Rubra you will go by train to the city centre (Piazzale Flaminio, where you will find also the metro to reach the other areas of Rome).
