Villa Zatarra is Nestled in the heart of Cap Estate, one of the more affluent areas of St Lucia exists a property spanning across ¾ acre of lush landscaping and a cool Atlantic breeze and 18 hole golf course.
Villa Zatarra was Designed and built by celebrity saxophonist, Rob Zii Taylor and his wife, Veron ,their labor of love and unique style and design is now complete.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Veron was in constant communication up until my arrival. Robert was available over text to help facilitate the arrival with Stanis, the Villa's driver. Stanis picked us up at the airport and gave us a wonderful tour of the neighborhood. We spent more time with Stanis than we did at the villa, lol. The Villa is very lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed and the housekeeper, Nancy was extremely helpful during the day. Having a house cleaner during the stay definitely elevates the vacation experience. During the day we lounged around the pool. At night, Stanis or one of his reliable drivers would take us for dinner. Robert visited a few times during our stay to introduce himself, brought us coffee when we asked, and came to say Goodbye. He was the most attentive host I have ever come across. We were in constant communication daily for any needs I had and he is only 15min away. The upscale neighborhood does provide a feeling of safety as well. Overall the stay was a wonderful experience and I was so happy to have such a memorable vacation with my family here. I would definitely come back!

Amazing all around Villa
This was quite possibly the most amazing Villa we’ve ever stayed in. Villa Zattara is a luxury accommodation in an upscale area of St. Lucia.
We had everyone could possibly have needed from all kitchen utensils to entertainment with the tv’s and the views. Ocean views from the pool area as well as the balcony off the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and so were the pool loungers and indoor seating. We tried to eat every meal outside to enjoy the topical lush gardens. It is immaculately clean and very well taken care of. No bugs that we saw. We used the yoga mats often for some outdoor work outs. There a 2 beaches that are an easy walk. Rob greeted us upon our arrival as well as checking in throughout to make sure everything was alright, which it was. The Villa has a personal taxi driver named Stanis who met us at the airport and took us Directly to the home. He Also drive us to and from dinners, lunches and our Covid tests. He has an amazing land and sea tour that is personal and we highly recommend scheduling that with him. He’s very reliable and we are glad we decided not to rent the car. Driving in St. Lucia should be left to the locals! Seriously, use Stanis and save yourself some money and the headache of trying to navigate the roads there!
We loved everything about this trip. We will be back and when we come back, we will be booking at Villa Zattara again! 10 stars!

A fantastic place to stay
We stayed at Villa Zatarra during the lockdown and termination of UK flights for 3 months in 2020. Rob was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The villa is very spacious, a lovely steady breeze and very private and secluded that we felt comfortable enough to spend a lot of our time without clothes!
We were able to continue our work online with our clients around the world as normal due to the steady and fast enough internet/wifi connection around the property.
I would highly recommend Villa Zatarra to anyone coming to St.Lucia either on their own, as a couple (young and old), work abroad families or professionals or larger groups of friends/families. It’s the perfect spot and ideally located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the island but not too far away making beaches, shops, restaurants etc very easy to access.
Couldn’t have asked for a more gracious and helpful host in Rob. We plan to come back again with our kids soon. Thanks again!

Loved it!
We managed to escape London and head straight for St Lucia to the Villa Zatarra. We needed somewhere that we could make home for two weeks and it turned out to be just the thing we were looking for! So spacious, well equipped kitchen, perfect pool and even Jojo the cat to keep us company!
Rob was an amazing host, due to Covid restrictions we couldn't go to the supermarkets but we wrote a list of all foods and Rob delivered them, how great!
Would recommend this place to all my friends back in the UK for sure. Thank you!

Contemporary Tropical Island Lifestyle Holiday
Villa Zatarra, tropical island living at it’s best. Open-planned living spaces, offering views of the East Coast beach beyond, exit off to a lush garden, private pool and a spacious, gravel drive-way surrounded by a high dark-wooden fence and gate that encompasses a well-manicured hillside garden dotted with trees and flower bushes ensuring privacy and lending to the serenity of this tropical paradise. The majority of our 2-week holiday was spent relaxing in the tropical-breeze swept living room, numerous fun-filled hours in the pool with the kids, exploring the garden or brunching and/or bbqing under the flora-covered pergola off the living room with family and friends. Rob and Veron, incredibly attentive hosts, have gone to great lengths to ensure the villa boasts many modern features yet maintains and exudes the simplicity of island living, making sure that one’s stay is truly an unforgettable experience. One of our top holidays. One we hope to repeat more often than not.

Idylic Serenity
Although this is a 2bed property we also rented the adjoining 3bedroom thereby giving us a 5bed, 5 bathroom Villa. The location could not be more perfect, a gated property nearing the top of Cap Estate with views of the Atlantic and cool sea breeze. Both Atlantic and Caribbean beaches are close by as well as the main shopping arcade and nightlife in Rodney Bay. A family friendly villa with two swimming pools and two kitchens. The owners Rob and Veron are amazing as are the housekeeper Nancy, gardener Kawan and driver Stanis. Best accommodation ever and would highly recommend. We certainly will be visiting again

great property with wonderful hosts
We stayed at Rob and Veron’s beautiful home at the end of January, 2018. This home is located in Cap Estate, in the north/central part of St. Lucia, a short drive from many beaches, shopping and restaurants. Since we were a party of 4 (2 adult couples), we only rented 2 bedrooms (with 2 full bathrooms), but larger groups can rent the entire home. Our space included a full kitchen, large living/dining area, adjoining TV room, and outdoor patio and pool. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Rob and Veron are great hosts. Rob came to meet us in the morning, and gave us lots of useful info about beaches, activities and dining. On our first day, we noticed that the fridge wasn’t as cold as it should be, and Rob had a repairman there to fix it immediately (on a Sunday!). They also leave a cellphone for local calls/ emergency use, as well as beach chairs and towels. Rob is a well known musician on St. Lucia, so as an added treat, we purchased tickets to see him perform on a sunset cruise from Anse Chastanet Resort. All in all, we highly recommend this beautiful property, with wonderful hosts who welcome you to their home, and do everything they can to help you have a great vacation.

Privacy in Paradise
This beautiful Villa is in a wonderful location. You can easily get to the Caribbean and Atlantic beaches, Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island, great restaurants, marina and shopping. It has all the amenities we needed to make our stay PERFECT. Kitchen is well stocked with dish ware, cookware, utensils and appliances. We found the bedding, linens and towels to be quite comfortable and high quality. The Villa has a pool with lounge chairs we used during the days and evenings. There are also board games and such that were fun to play. It is obvious that Rob & Veron have put a lot of attention to detail in this property and have taken great care to furnish and stock the Villa to ensure each guest stay has an excellent stay.
Rob is the most gracious host and very accommodating to our every need or question. He gave great recommendations for sights, restaurants, shopping and beaches-he even provided us with fresh limes from his garden. Our only regret is we didn't get to see him perform but are very fond of the cd he gave us and we listened to while in St. Lucia and since we have been home. There is also Nancy, the housekeeper, that came daily to clean dishes, change out towels and make beds - she is a gem.
i highly recommend this property. It was so easy to work with Veron & Rob - communication was clear and easy from beginning to end. The entire experience exceeded all our expectations and our party of four hope to return.

BEST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE!!
This was our first trip to St. Lucia and we want to go back!
Villa Zatarra was as outstanding as all past guests have said and Our experience was perfect.
Nancy the housekeeper helped ensure that we had a clean and tidy space daily, and our drive up to the villa with Stanis made the drive fun and exciting.
Our Holiday was amazing, full of relaxation by Zatarra”s pool whilst listening to the cooling waterfall sounds, or just sipping our cocktails outside.
Rob and Veron were great hosts from the first inquiry until our last day at the villa. They even emailed to make

Best Stay Ever
It was a great experience listening to the owner, Rob, play. The villa was more than expected, more beautiful than the pictures online. Great hosts, Nancy the housekeeper was fantastic. My husband and I will definitely return!
