In about 10 - 15 minutes you can walk to the lake. There is a parking lot approx. 200 m from your holiday home. You can reach your holiday home via a footpath with some stairs. An insider tip for anyone looking for something special. Also ideal for two couples traveling together thanks to the two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. Several living and outdoor areas allow flexible private areas. A domicile for more demanding guests thanks to the well thought-out construction and high-quality furnishings. Via the lower green stone terrace, past the two French doors of the sleeping areas on the ground floor, you reach the entrance area like through an arbor: the entrance cloakroom offers you generous storage space. From there you can reach the double room and the single room with private bathroom with large shower. The stylishly designed bedroom with a comfortable double bed opens, as does the adjoining studio with a double sofa bed via French doors to the ground floor terrace. The spacious, modern living-dining area on the middle floor merges seamlessly into your upper panoramic terrace through the wide French window. A bright staircase connects the sleeping areas on the ground and upper floors and the bathrooms. The kitchen living room on the middle floor welcomes you with brightness, restrained, elegant design and an open view of the magnificent mountains and the golden triangle of Lake Como.
