Excellent
Excellent well equipped accommodation. Spacious, clean and modern. very secluded location with beautiful views of starling murmuration, geese formations plus other birds and sunrise from the 'wall of windows'.

Never wanted to leave Perfect in every way
The location was breathtaking in the middle of the countryside .The. Beaches close by .Surrounded by countryside and farm animals. The accommodation had everything and more for a large family and there pets.Even the weather behaved when were there.Sleeps up to 6 with generous proportions 3 bathrooms which were wet rooms Even caters for the disabled with ample room to move around and downstairs bedroom.Let's not forget under floor heating keeping it nice and cosy .Even the dogs enjoyed there stay.Would definitely recommend giving it 10 out of ten.Alan was very helpful .One small message to Alan put larger shower mats in the showers especially the disabled shower .Otherwise perfection. Thanks for a nice stay.Mark M

Wonderful stay !
We stayed here for 6 nights,as a family of 3 adults and 1 child. The house is lovely, very stylish and comfortable, the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are very well furnished and decorated, and the spacious lounge, diner, kitchen is a wonderful family space. The floor to ceiling windows in the main area allow you to see the gorgeous country views no matter where you are. It's a very peaceful area, with good outdoor space, nice garden and big decking area...only one small point I would make is that it would be good if there was outdoor furniture to be able to sit out at a table to have a coffee, drinks, lunch etc. There is a bench, and we had our own folding chairs, but a table would be good. That's the only small negative thing I could say, and not that much of a negative really. The house is has everything you could need for a week away, plenty supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the beds are extra comfortable too. We were lucky with our weather and spent most of the week outside on the decking, except for a morning trip out to see the seals at Newburgh Seal Beach, a definate must visit while in the area, my granddaughter loved seeing the them up so close. It was a very peaceful, relaxing break, in these times of stress, and if we are visiting the area again I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to Allan too for the prompt replies during the booking process, and for meeting us at the house on our arrival.

A thoroughly enjoyable return visit.
The younger element of our party enjoyed paddling at Balmedie and Collieston. The cottage was every bit as comfortable and welcoming as last time. Thank you.

WOW
This is the second time we have stayed at East Byreleask and once again were amazed by the quality of the cottage, the location and the view. Having disabled access it allowed us to treat my step father to an afternoon away from the care home. During this time he was stimulated and chatty - just like his old self. Thanks for allowing him a special day.

Excellent family venue
Just returned from a week in this wonderful holiday home. Everything we could have wished for was provided. We were very comfortable. Great views across the countryside with easy access through the sliding glass doors on to the decking. Our young grandsons loved watching the cows and sheep, hares and rabbits. Plenty space, both inside and out for them to play. We enjoyed watching the haar come and go and were spoiled by beautiful weather. Lovely peaceful situation with plenty beaches within a short drive.

Stunning, pet friendly cottage
Amazing cottage, amazing location, amazing view. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard far exceeding our expectations. Situated within easy reach of both coast and city, it provides an ideal location. The views over open countryside are just idyllic. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic Holiday Cottage
Situated in the countryside near Ellon, this holiday cottage ticks all the boxes. The cottage is perfectly equipped, has nice views and Allan is at hand if help is needed. A number of great golf courses are close-by, the beach (incl. a group of seals at Newburgh-on-Ythan) is not far away and there are other visitor attractions such as whisky distilleries and a number of beautiful castles within reasonable distance. We spent nearly 3 weeks here and all in all this is the best holiday home, we ever had the chance to visit in our summer holidays.

Beautiful, peaceful & luxury
Just returned from a relaxing stay in east byreleask with the family including a baby, a toddler & my in-laws. Allan provided everything to make our stay as hassle free as possible (stairgate, highchair, washing machine and welcome basket etc). Beautiful setting in a luxurious spacious property. Better decorated than my house with lovely thick towels, great beds & fancy bathrooms. Even a bench outside on the decking to enjoy the views. My toddler loved the sheep & cows in the next field. My in-laws stayed downstairs allowing them to avoid stairs and due to the design allowed us all some privacy too. Would definitely return in the future!
