Both lounges can seat up to 5/6 persons and have TV's. The six bedrooms comprise of: 3 double rooms; 2 single rooms and a children's room with bunk beds. The rooms are spacious and situated on the first and second floors. There are 2 bathrooms in total with one on each floor. Morfan is centrally heated throughout and has floor to ceiling radiators providing holidays throughout the year. There are various games and books available for relaxing and having a good old read whilst marvelling the views from the lounges. The property has a small seating area at the front of the house whilst at the back of the house there is a rear yard accessed from the kitchen. From the first floor access is via the 'TR7 Bridge' to a 3 tier stepped garden with seating and offers astounding views. The accommodation has two private parking spaces outside the property, offers short breaks at certain times of the year as well as the traditional weekly lets. All bed linen and towels are included for your comfort. WIFI is available throughout the property. Morfan is a semi detached Edwardian property and is the property shown on the right hand side of the photographs. The property is a strictly non-smoking, pet-free holiday home that sleeps up to 10 persons comfortably and looks forward to welcoming you.More
