We had a lovely comfortable 4days here. Car parking right outside. Everything you need for your stay. Lovely nights sleep in the comfortable beds It's really well situated, with bars and restaurants and shops and the prom, all just a few minutes walk away. Amanda and Colin were very friendly hosts, and very helpful all through the booking

Lovely Stay
An excellent stay at the Coach House, the property was very clean and cosy and was in an excellent location to Lord Street. The property included ideas for places to eat and Amanda, our host, was able to make suggestions too. A very comfortable stay.

beautiful cottage perfect location friendly hosts
We really enjoyed our stay at the Coach House. Amanda and Colin were really friendly and made us feel at home. The cottage was immaculate and is in a perfect location for walking into Lord Street and to the sea front. We had family that we hadn't seen for years come over and we had a lovely time sitting in the garden in the sunshine. There is so much to visit in Southport and its so easy to get into Liverpool on the train and we recommend the open top bus tours to see it all. Couldn't recommend highly enough and hope to go back again!

The Coach House is perfect if you want a quiet, comfortable & cozy place to stay that feels like home. We’ve stayed several times and we love it. It’s spotless and the owners are so friendly and helpful.

Exceptional
We enjoyed a four day break at the coach house everything was very clean. The area was peaceful within walking distance of many restraunts the marine lake , Hesketh park and Lords street for shopping. The beds were very comfortable,we had plenty of room, the kitchen was well equipped and our hosts Amanda and Colin were very friendly and helpful. The weather could have been better but that's the luck of the draw. We would be happy to come back again and consider the visit well worth the cost. All I can say now is Thank you Amanda and Colin for a lovely stay.

Heaven is a Country Cottage by the Sea
How lucky were we to find a little piece of paradise hidden away in a quiet street in Southport. The cottage has been thoughtfully laid out offering the visitor everything they should need for a comfortable stay and it is wonderfully furnished, and adorned with lovely features paying tribute to the areas fishing heritage. The cottage style garden is beautiful and you could easily forget you are in a town by the sea and believe you are in some idyllic country cottage retreat instead.
A special mention to our wonderful hosts, Amanda and Collin who have lovingly created this little piece of paradise and it is rare to meet people with such passion and enthusiasm for what they do.
Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within easy walking distance and for the more adventurous, the area offers miles of walking opportunities with lots of points of interest. For those wishing to stay closer to home, there are many beautiful parks to be found and the Botanical Gardens are also worth a visit.
A wonderful place in a wonderful setting hosted by two wonderful people.
We hope we can make the trip again next year, thank you.

Absolutely brilliant!
We stayed at the Coach House for nearly two months up to Christmas 2020 while we were waiting to move into our new home. We can only echo all the other five-star reviews on TripAdvisor. It is an exceptionally comfortable place to stay, and very well situated for all the amenities of Southport. But what really sets this accommodation apart is the outstanding kindness and helpfulness of the owners, Amanda and Colin: they are a truly delightful couple. We very strongly recommend this property.

Couldn't fault it. Easy walk from town and pier. Well appointed with flexible layout. Owners were lovely and helpful. A real home from home. (Cleaner than mine too!)

Fantastic!
We had initially booked for April 2020 but covid had other plans, Amanda was so helpful and kind and changed the dates for us no problem. The place was brilliant for our family, we could walk everywhere if we needed and it was super cute! We will def be back!
