The Pennies is a five bedroom property sleeping eight, with three double bedrooms (each with double beds) and two single bedrooms (each with single beds), reception room with seating for 6 (plus flat screen television and sky) and dining table for 6, bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate WC on each floor and with two double bedrooms having modern vanity units, fully equipped kitchen and a large ‘south facing’ outside terrace with patio set for 6. Wifi provided at the property and all bedding is included. Crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils provided for more than 8 people. Tenby is a lovely, friendly town and this house is in a brilliant location for everything. The house was ok but needed repairs in a couple of places. Outside decking was in poor state. If a few things are put right it could be excellent...More

It is located in Clareston Road just 200 yards from the Historic Town Walls and a short walk from Sainsbury's Supermarket and beaches. There is on street parking outside with close proximity to the multi storey car park.

How to get there
By Road - From the East, follow M4 to Junction 49, at roundabout take 2nd exit onto A48 towards Carmarthen. At Carmarthen roundabout follow A40 to St Clears (approx 10 miles), then take the A477 for Tenby.The house is situated in the centre of Tenby itself, only 200m from the Town centre and 200m from the sea front, but in residential street. By Rail - The train takes you to the centre of Tenby and the house is only 100 metres. Nearest Airport - Cardiff Wales Airport 80 miles approx
