It has everything you would want from a luxury holiday home and exceptionally a whole lot more!

It's located 1 mile from Insh Village and 4 miles from Loch Insh, where there's sailing, canoeing everything for the water sport enthusiast.

Kingussie with its shops and places to eat is only 5 miles and Aviemore is 12 miles away. The Cairngorm Mountain Ski Resort is just 19 miles away so there is loads of things to do and see close by.

The Grand sprawling 'Cottage' has been furnished to a very high standard with fantastic views all round. The lodge can sleep up to 10 but this would really be for families, it can comfortably sleep 6.

Coming from the South on the A9 take the turning for Kingussie and Kincraig (that is not the first turning which says Newtonmore and Kingussie). You will come to a junction, turn left to Kingussie.

Coming from the North on the A9 take the first turning for Kingussie then follow directions below.

Once in Kingussie follow directions below:

Head through the town, straight through the traffic lights and over the bridge. You will then see a sign pointing to the left to the train station and Ruthven Barricks, take this turning and drive over the tracks and continue on B970 for 4.3 miles. you will cross over a single track bridge and then under the A9. You'll pass by the ruined Barracks on your left and come to a sharp right turn over a stone bridge. Continue on. Don't take the turning...
